They sent me an upper cabinet in place of a lower cabinet and I was told that we would need to build a base for it, while this may seem like a perfect solution to them, the cabinet they sent was 3 inches too small, Cabinets To Go graciously charged me another $360 dollars for the correct bottom cabinet and to fix their error they allowed me to keep the incorrect one. This entire time the final cabinet has been on back order and it just finally arrived, however we need two filler boards in order to install it properly and for it to be aesthetically correct. Cabinets To Go has again graciously offered to sell me two one inch wide boards for a total of $99. At what point do they accept responsibility for their errors, I sincerely hope it is soon.

We were TOTAL newbies and had no knowledge of what renovations would take or where to start with picking out supplies. After visiting a number of places in Flushing (and trying to squeeze details and guidance from surly sales associates), Josh was a friendly breath of sunshine! He walked us around the showroom, explained differences in tile and cabinet qualities, and was very helpful with this recommendations and big no no's to watch out for. After they measured our place, they quickly sent estimates and nice 3D renderings of my husband's dream kitchen. They worked with our contractor seamlessly and our beautiful kitchen was born! I had barely just hired them when they sent me photos of the nearly finished table! (they told me if I didn't want it after all, they could use it themselves) :-) They don't live too nearby, but came out twice- once to double check the dimensions and wood tones, and the second time to deliver the finished table. They wore masks and gloves, were polite and efficient, and I love my new table. I wish I had other projects for them!!

She measured and double checked her measurements, suggested ideas and worked with me on what I was looking for- we went back and forth via email for a few different design options and was always quick to respond when I had a question or concern (which was often because I'm a worry wart) Has something ever seemed too good to be true so you are just waiting for the "bad news" to hit? That's how I felt- everything was going too smoothly- too easily and too right to be reality. I have delt with other companies and that's always my experience- if the start is great the product is terrible or the install- always a little something- but not here! I can honestly say I'm shocked. They were fairly priced- quick & easy to work with the entire process. Down to the installation- I am thrilled with the resulting product, quality & professionalism from start to finish.
