Best home improvement shopping experience we have ever had!!! Indecisive and unable to think outside the box when it comes to home decor, I visited multiple tile store on my journey to renovate 2 bathrooms. The layout of the store is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The tile selection is enormous, yet the whole experience felt very personal. On top of dreading tile shopping , my husband has a bad knee but I dragged him with me for him to have input in our tile selection. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Logan and Anna who were extremely friendly, and intuitive enough to sense my husband disdain for tile shopping. They immediately suggested we sit at their table as they brought over multiple tile selections and laid them out to show us how they would all look together in the bathroom. Both were patient, extremely knowledge and refreshingly enthusiastic. They offered us many different options to figure out what our tastes were and we ended up with selections we would never have thought of had they not put them together for us. Thanks to Logan and Anna, our bathrooms will look stunning, rather than typical, as the other tile stores were suggesting for us. They are both extremely talented and a pleasure to work with. They take time to figure out your style, rather than pushing their style on you. The whole experience was stress free and actually fun. UPDATE: Just received a call from Procida and they will accept my return. THANK YOU PROCIDA TILE! You have made me a very satisfied customer!! EXTREMELY upset that I am unable to return unused tiles. I ordered in-stock tiles and I asked at the time of purchase if I would be able to return unused tiles and was told, "Yes." I could get a full refund for unused tiles. What the salesperson did not tell me was that they look at the date of the order, not the date of pick-up to determine the 30 day window for returns. THIS INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. I placed my order in August. I did not need the tiles until October when my contractor was finally available to install. Had I known that the order date and not the pick-up date is the determining factor, I would have waited until October to order and pick-up the tiles. As I said, THIS IS A STOCK ITEM, not a special order. THIS IS A VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! I cannot in good conscience recommend this store. read more

What a nightmare! Rude and arrogant. Definately not meant for the average homeowner. Will sell you anything and when it's wrong, it's not their fault. Good luck with a refund. Look at other reviews on other sites and they pretty much say the same thing. The manager at the Deer Park location was extremely insulting - I have never been that angry at how I was treated. Procida Tile has a beautiful showroom and a large selection to choose from. The prices were fair and they were even able to work with me to make my experience the best out of all the stores we've been to. We were able to get backsplash and tile for our kitchen that looks AMAZING! Joe and his team are really top notch and I would recommend Procida Tile for anyone that wants to make their home look like a million bucks at a reasonable price!! read more

I had a great expierence at the Procida Tile in Deer Park, NY with their sales representative named Damarys. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, showing us many different tiles and matching colors to redo our bathrooms. She worked very hard and never showed any signs of wear and tear.
