MSI is the Go to source for counter top resellers. They purchase massive amounts of quartz, quartzite and marble from around the world. Few if any can compete with their buying and distribution power. The Brentwood LI location is in an industrial park. There is an even bigger location in Edison NJ. You will need to have a name of a fabrication company to obtain pricing as they are wholesale. But you can go in and browse or make an appointment if you need some assistance. You can ask your fabricator to give you a standing percentage rate over cost so you can obtain and compare pricing. On 3-15-2024 I went to A wholesale stone warehouse which allows the public in if recommended by a stone installer. This place was like a candy store for me. I love home and yard decor, even though my pocket doesn't allow me everything that I would love to have. It doesn't stop me from looking at it and that's what I found here. Yes, there were options I did not even know existed. I went in looking for quartz slabs because I heard they were the most durable, and I'm a rough handling kind of person. But while looking at everything they had to offer. There was ceramic, porcelain, quartz, granite, limestone, slate, etc. In the most beautiful colors. I ended up wandering into the granite, and when I walked past, I saw something I had never seen before. A granite with flecks of purple in it unlike anything I've ever seen. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I couldn't stop thinking about it when I left the warehouse. You are able to take samples as many as you want of any of the stones that you see so I went home with like a bucket of stone samples. The Staff that worked there were very friendly, kind and patient. They answered any questions I had and told me to tell them, which ones I was interested in they would work up a price and send it to my stone installer. I tried to talk myself out of it. But that River White granite with its low variations of white and gray veining with small deep burgundy flecks stole my heart. The showroom, located at 50 Heartland Blvd, Brentwood, NY has an impressive selection of materials.  Just as impressive, If not more so, was the customer service that the staff offered.  My husband and I were greeted, directed, and given great assistance by the staff.  The sales associate, Amy worked with us.  She was attentive and diligently ensured that we were given the correct samples we needed.  This will certainly make it so much easier for us to make our final selections.  Debbie, so very helpful and a young man at the receptionist station, pitched in both addressing questions before we left as well.  Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Amazing environment. I was nervous at first because this is my first time picking out granite. But Joe at the front door put me at ease. And the signup at the door is SUPER EASY! Very modern and up to date, specially with COVID being an issue these days. It made the process easy and felt clean. Picking out the slab in the show room was a breeze, but of course, I got nervous again on picking something that was too off colors. But I then soon discovered there were more small sample aside from the large showroom pieces. Thanks to Ruth and the kind lady behind the desk, it was much easier to find something even closer to what I needed. Very smooth transition, and straight to the point. They don't rush you in picking your slab, they let you freely move between samples to REALLY pick the right one! Highly recommended! read more

This is the worst place to try and find granite or other stone for your project. They have a decent selection but only about 25% of stone is in an area that you can go to. The other area requires you making another appointment to see two slabs and if you want to see more make another appointment- all 24 hrs apart. I went there 3 times over 3 days before I gave up as they had not moved the slabs for me to view at time of last appointment. In the next 2 hrs I went to 3 different stone suppliers and got to see much more at all of them compared to MSI AND didn't need an appointment. Scam to get u to think they are that busy ! In reality poorly organized and understaffed ! Go elsewhere! read more

Very positive experience at the Brentwood NY showroom. I was pleased that COVID precautions are enforced. Everyone, from the receptionist to the operations manager was polite, respectful and helpful. The showroom has a huge selection of quartz slabs to look at, and samples of most of them to take home. The lighting was good, not great, and it was nice to be able to see such a large selection in an indoor setting. We will be ordering through our contractor shortly. read more

A lot of selection couldn't be seen because they have a limit of stones they can move at a time... so a bit hard to make any decision ... I was looking for marble and they have a limited amount of that ... a lot of the marble has cracks and poor quality ... also weird they make you wear hard hat to look at warehouse selection good covid protocols ... so overall better options for marble in LI read more

Too difficult a process to see slabs. When you call back you get connected to a rep in India and you find yourself repeating yourself over and over again instead of just being able to reach the facility you went too. I went elsewhere and completed my business in about 10 minutes. read more

I ordered a granite countertop from Home Depot and went to MSI to see the actual slab because Home Depot only had a 3" sample square which looked different in each store. The staff at MSI was friendly and knowledgeable and the showroom was clean and spacious with beautiful samples laid out. The warehouse was amazing! Very neat and filled with fabulous slabs. We must've gone in on the wrong day because the help was very abrupt, unhelpful and even rude. I did like some of the stone that they had but I don't think I'll be going back because of the rude treatment I got here. I would like to publicly acknowledge Miss Erica Kenny and Miss Sherry Rawlins who went above and beyond customer service while assisting myself and my elderly mom who suffers from a little dementia and neuropathy in her feet. Being first time customers with a first kitchen reno, we had no idea what we were walking into and came without walker or wheelchair. These ladies found a desk chair with wheels to push mom in, they brought us a list of materials highlighting what was available to our designer then proceeded to go up and down the aisles with post-its marking all the slabs in our price range so mom wouldn't get overwhelmed looking at EVERYTHING. , Despite the computer system being down, these ladies gave everything they had to inform us of the appointment making process to have slabs not on the sales floor pulled so we could come back and view them.
