Fine Design delivered an exceptional experience for us from the very first meeting to the final walkthrough of our renovated kitchen. What stood out immediately was how truly "one‑stop" their showroom is - every cabinet style, finish, countertop option, and layout idea was right there in front of us. It made the decision‑making process simple and enjoyable instead of overwhelming. Dave, the owner, deserves special recognition. His patience throughout the project was remarkable. He took the time to walk us through every detail, answered all of our questions, and never rushed a single decision. Whether it was choosing the right cabinet color, reviewing measurements, or coordinating with our appliance selections, Dave made sure we felt confident and informed at every step. His calm, steady approach set the tone for the entire renovation. The project was completed on time and on budget, exactly as promised . The workmanship was outstanding, from the precision of the cabinetry to the quality of the installation and finishing touches. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and clearly committed to delivering top‑tier results. Our kitchen now looks incredible -- modern, clean, and perfectly aligned with what we envisioned. Fine Design didn't just renovate a space; they transformed the heart of our home. We are genuinely grateful for their expertise, honesty, and craftsmanship. read more

I recently was recommended to come here because they provide excellent work. However, I need to add on that only do they leave you with beautiful work, but their customer service is outstanding. You can reach the staff throughout the day. I'm those people who is undecided and I think I know what I want, and then pinterest tells me I am outdated lol....thankfully the staff is completely understanding and is willing to work with you. I know I gave them a hard time with the planning and and changing my mind a lot. At the end, every time I walk in to my new kitchen I am in awe. It is bright, clean, and well designed. Im so happy I listened to my friends recommendation. Sometimes its hard to know who to trust, but TRUST ME!! This team is everything you want if you are confused , undecided and don't have much of a vision in the beginning . And last add is, their showroom helps you envision things you didn't even know you needed. Thanks Dave for your work , and your employees at my home were neat and respectful and at the office they are extremely qualified to work with people like me who need lots of extra help during this difficult process. They didn't leave me from start to finish. Would highly recommend. read more

Last year I had Fine Design do work for me. They pavers in the driveway came out nice. See the photo. Everything else they did reminded me why I get cold sweats whenever I need to hire a contractor. Splashes of concrete near their work which was never wiped until they hardened. See photos. They replaced my sidewalk with absolutely no care taken to work around my sprinkler system. Not one, not two but SIX sprinkler heads were demolished. It's as if collateral damage is a price for doing business with them. So I wrote to Dave this week and showed him my $450 bill from my sprinkler guy. He volunteered to come and take a look. Sounds promising doesn't it? I asked him to call before he came on Tuesday (that day was his suggestion). As the day got later I texted to get an ETA and was told he couldn't make it. I had to call him to find that out. He said he would come the next day before noon, as I had a Zoom meeting at 12:30. Having gotten burned once, I asked him to call if there was a problem. That was too much for him to handle, no call. I called at noon and told him to forget coming, I'd had enough of being treated like crap. I'll eat the $450, I just never want to deal with Fine Design ever again. read more

Fine Design just completed the work we contracted for. The work consisted of: A new master bathroom and an attic conversion to a walk-in closet. In addition, four bedrooms were, painted, wood floors refinished and stained, crown, base, and trim molding were installed in each. What pleased us equally to the completed project was the fact that Dave came by to check on the progress the workers were making. If he was not happy with something he saw, he would immediately bring it to the workers attention, and it would be corrected. This is not the first project Fine Design completed for us. Three years ago, they redid the kitchen, the entire first floor (including doors and windows), the basement, the laundry room and two bathrooms. In fact, this was the reason we re-employed Fine Design. Dave again was always present. The work was done to perfection. Even now when someone comes to the house, they cannot believe the work was done three years ago, always noting the outstanding quality of the work. On a personal note, both my wife and I trust Fine Design. They are both fair and honest. We completely recommend Fine Design read more

Once again Fine Design did a terrific job on my home's improvements. Dave and Lenny are a great team and very responsive to questions, changes, add ons and scheduling. They always quote a fair price and don't collect final payment until all work is completed and the homeowner is completely satisfied. I trust their workmanship and the men who work for them are always dependable, friendly, polite and clean up before they leave for the day. Fine Design just completed updating my master bedroom with beautiful waterproof flooring (bc we have two dogs), new moldings, doors and windows. The painter was meticulous and neat and took great pride in his work. I can't wait to order new furniture to complete the look of my beautiful and bright new master bedroom! Looking forward to the next project! read more

Not sure what went on with these other reviews. Sometime you just can not satisfy some people no matter what you do. With that being said. My wife and I call Fine Design to give us an estimate on remodeling our kitchen. Dave came over and sat for an hour with us and went over step by step what we would expect from beginning to end. We showed him what we had envisioned and he made us feel confident he would get it right. The remodel took about 3 1/2 weeks to finish 2 days passed the the dead line he gave but still within a reasonable time frame. During that time frame we experienced the teams professionalism and craftsmanship. We couldn't have been happier with the end result. Our vision came to life and all expectations meet. Highly recommend using this team. read more

We are so happy that we chose Fine Design Home Improvement to remodel our daughters bedroom. Owner Dave came by for an estimate and gave us a great price. Benny, Milton, and Oscar did an amazing job and always left the room spotless after work. Lenny in the office was so helpful and knowledgeable. He always made sure our materials were ordered and delivered in a punctual manner. Dave constantly visited to make sure the the job was running smoothly and was always happy to answer any of our questions. We love how the bedroom came out and our daughter is thrilled! Thank you again Fine Design! We would highly recommend them to anyone in the area and will definitely use them again for our next project. read more

As we looked to replace our kitchen cabinets without totally demolishing the floor and walls we turned to Dave. We used the same dimensions with several upgrades: slide out drawers, recycling buckets and narrow cabinet for cutting boards and cookie pan storage. Dave also suggested turning the island to fit the open floor plan and it looks great. The workers kept the place clean and were respectful as we lived in the house during the construction. The guys were also great as they fixed some electric and plumbing problems along the way. -Kevin read more
