I was originally told the turnaround time would be 4-8 weeks. The order ended up taking much longer than expected, and communication was very difficult. I sent multiple messages and did not receive responses for long periods of time, which made the process frustrating and left me unsure about the status of my order. The domino set finally arrived in early March 2026. I will say that the craftsmanship is excellent. The dominoes are beautifully made, and the wooden box with the engraved hometown from Puerto Rico was a really nice touch. It made a great gift and my friend loved it. Overall: great product quality, but the communication and timeline updates need serious improvement so customers are not left wondering about their orders.

I received a phone call from Michelle the very next day, and you could hear it in her voice how upset she was that they made a mistake and apologize again and again. She truly could not have been more sincere. She didn't make any excuses and said it was her mistake and took personal responsibility for it. She apologized again and asked if there was anything, anything at all that she could do to rectify the situation. She was so upset and offered to deliver a bouquet of the lavender roses that day. We were going away the very next day for a week, so she offered to send another bouquet at any time and for any reason or holiday at no charge. When we returned from our trip Michelle sent a welcome home bouquet of the most beautiful lavender roses you ever seen. I want to thank Dale Florist and let you know that you have an employee that represents your company with the up most care and respect for your customers and deserves this recognition.
