Don't think they are…read morechanging much, but what I found is that the woman who bought the joint made it a family affair, as her sister and father were helping to tend to things. And each one of them were as lovely as the next. I stopped in on my way to my nieces' recital, which was being held at the Patchogue theater. The shop seemed pretty busy. Well, it was recital day after all. A lot of people needed last-minute flowers such as myself to gift to their favorite performers, but they still were able to accommodate me. I got two pink roses that were single wrapped with a beautiful butterfly decoration. Both roses were about $30 which I thought was really well priced, especially with the little added butterfly which the girls loved. I will definitely keep stopping by when in the area I need a bit of green/color either in my life or to gift to someone. They also had a really lovely plant selection as well.

Her work is SO beautiful that she does for the brides, angel babies + families and Long Island community. I found Christa through searching groups and also mentioned it to my wedding planner. I saw reviews of how brides preserved their bouquets and I was definitely interested in doing that. Her website was super easy to work and I was able to inquire and book about picking up my bouquet and flowers from my wedding. I also was able to donate my flowers through Christa so she can spread the love after my wedding to others. She came and picked up my flowers after my wedding and I was so excited to meet her. She shared with me where she donated my flowers to the next day - which I think is such a beautiful program. I booked an appointment within a month to go visit her store and finalize what i wanted to do with my bouquet. She has a beautiful store in Patchogue and it's definitely worth the trip if you're not nearby. It's great to see visually what other brides have had done and the endless possibilities! I definitely got shop happy and bought a wooden box, 2 rosarys and board and later added ornaments! Christa is upfront that her process takes 12 months + as it takes time and patience to carefully preserve your flowers so they last forever. I was totally grateful for the explanation up front and understood of the time of the process to make sure that the flowers were not rushed, carefully preserved and last forever. Christa reached out to me with pictures of proofs about a little over a year out. I told her not to rush because I was okay waiting longer for my flowers - and it was certainly worth the wait! She gave a few proofs to offer options and was open to feedback. I later scheduled an appointment to pick up my preservations and wow they were stunning! It was super worth the wait and I think it's so worth the price + value. Christa also doesn't have a limit on her bookings so you can literally pick an ornament or rosary beads and she will work just as hard as if you were ordering a bunch of items. Again - I am super thankful for blessed to have met Christa and Don't Toss the Bouquet. I will definitely refer everyone to her and thankful to have made a friend from meeting her!

It was her lack of attentiveness or care to the questions we were asking. She had plenty of availability by the way. While waiting 40 mins for a door dash order, I could see that the store was very busy. I waited in line for 40 mins not asking or saying anything and waited. But by the time it hit 40 I went up to the girl helping and asked if she happened to have my order and I've been waiting over 30 mins. She then replied well everybody has been waiting 30 mins get over it which all of the people behind me also heard , she then went to check the order. I then overheard the same girl and another behind the counter girl say that girl is a crazy b***h we don't have it, she then came back and looked at my phone again not realizing that I heard her say that nasty comment. She then went back and found my order which was labeled incorrectly ( the last initial was wrong) and gave it to me with no nicety or apology. As somebody else who works in the service industry I get how days like Mothers Day are very busy and chaotic, but that doesn't excuse the bad behavior and poor customer service.
