Wish I could give them 0 stars! Horrible customer service! I called to inform them about my concerns regarding problems with my order. Instead of listening, she got irate, yelled, and wouldn't even give me a chance to explain and hung up on me! Twice! My LEGITIMATE complaints are: I ordered a deluxe birthday bouquet which I was willing to pay about $75 and told them what I wanted - some sunflowers, bright colors and a SMALL Teddy Bear. The florist said OK. As you can see from the photo - not a deluxe bouquet - no sunflowers, and no bright colors! Not what I ordered! I cannot really comment as a customer, but rather as a receiver of flowers from this florist all the time. My husband gets me flowers from here (it is his go to shop), and each time they are usually beautiful, but this week, he brought home two dozen roses; one red dozen and one white dozen accompanied by Christmas pine, and I have to say-it is one of the most gorgeous bouquets I have ever received!! Upgraded my order for floral arrangement to be sent for a family funeral. Ordered a beautiful array of blush pink roses with lots of white lilies and some filler white flowers. They sent an ugly small arrangement with a few purple roses and ugly white daisies. I am sure because it was ordered and sent from out of state, they didn't think I would see it. I am also sure their excuse would be that in the fine print, they are allowed to substitute flowers for others. However, ugly white & black daisies are not a fair substitute for lilies! It is a cheaper substitute for this florist! I wish I could post photos of the beautiful classy arrangement that I ordered and the ugly color combo of ugly flowers that were sent. I was very embarrassed and have yet to hear a word from the email sent to this florist. Everyone who saw them said they should at least refund my money. There should be some standard as to what is allowed to be substituted in the flower world. Also, should at least make an effort to be in the same color combination as ordered. Would give 0 stars if possible, my husband recently ordered flowers for our anniversary on their website, payed top dollar to have them delivered to me at work, confirmation email guaranteed 4 hr delivery, he ordered at 9:30 am they never came all day, they were closed by the time he realized I didn't get them and the following day also. Needless to say they NEVER delivered them at all!! My husband went in they claimed it wasn't their website until my husband pulled up the confirmation email then the manager changed stories that the website was hacked. They offered to make up a bouquet of daisies because they had like no flowers in the shop. He said he wanted what he ordered the manager had an attitude and said they could not make the arrangement and it would cost double not the vase shown not price listed and flowers would have to be ordered and a longer wait.He ended up going to Bailstone in East Moriches and within hours I was delivered the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money!!!! My husband recently bought me an extravagent bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. He typically spends $100-$150 every time he goes in there. They did not stock any tropical flowers, and said they had to order them. Well, the flowers were not of great quality and the birds of paradise that should have lasted at least a week all started to wilt and die off, without ever opening any other bracts by the very next day. They did not even include a packet of Floralife along with the flowers. At $10 per stem, one would expect to get a quality bloom that lasts for more than 24 hours. Definately not worth the money spent. read more
