My Great Niece was making her 1st Holy Communion & I was going to be out of town. I called Lee Anne's because that is the family's Go-To Florist. I placed my order over the phone & the woman was very helpful. My only request was the flowers be in shades of yellow - the Communion Girl's favorite color. On very short notice we needed a large funeral arrangement for that afternoon. Due to staffing shortage she was unable to deliver to Ronkonkoma, so she gave us the number for Towers flowers in Nesconset. We usually will avoid ordering online from bad past experiences and even when you call the "local florist" it goes to Ava's Flowers which is just a flower service. They do not make any arrangements but get a commission on any orders they take. Sure enough, I tried calling Towers from the internet and it went to Ava's. The direct number given by LeeAnne's was a different number and put me directly in touch with Towers Flowers. Towers was extremely understanding and pleasant to deal with. They made an arrangement as beautiful as LeeAnne's . It was huge and the price was about $50 less than the internet. I give both LeeAnne's and Towers flowers 5 stars + read more

Highly recommend Lee Anne's. I'm bias, though, my family has used her for everything from christening, to concerts to weddings, funerals, and baby arrangements. Lee Anne is always a pleasure to work with, and so is her staff. Lee Anne helped my now husband and I with our bouquets, boutonnières and wrist corsages. I told her I liked sunflowers and would like a cascading bouquet, and she was able to put together the most beautiful bouquet for me and simple ones for my bridesmaids. My husband and his men had "Viking Pom poms" in lieu of sunflowers. We have never heard of them but they look just like baby sunflowers. We received so many compliments and we were so happy with the finally products. The price was way below what we were anticipating as well, which is such a plus considering it was for a wedding. I called Lee Anne's on a Thursday night for a delivery the next day- a Friday before a holiday weekend. I was shocked when the sweet woman who answered the phone sounded like it was not a problem at all. We were "celebrating" my moms last treatment for breast cancer and we thought some flowers could only brighten the day when she got back to work afterwards. A quick explanation over the phone of what the occasion was, what colors I was looking for and a price range and I was done. It took a total of 3 minutes to place the order- totally easy and hassle free! The flowers were delivered before lunch time. Discovered a hidden gem this afternoon. Amazing gift shop as well as dynamite florist. Right near Mama Lisa's restaurant in Mastic. All the flowers were fresh and so nicely arranged, I didn't have to redo the bouquet when I got home as I routinely do when buying flowers. And the gifts were unique, lots of nautical items in addition to ceramics, charms, and stuffed animals...something for any recipient (and reasonably priced to boot). I spoke with the owner and one of her employees and they are also part of Teleflora, but struggling to compete against Amazon and cheap supermarket carnations. I've ordered here twice for my boss and her daughter and they've never let me down. The arrangements always turn out beautifully. Today, I needed a last minute flower arrangement for my significant others mom for her birthday. I was so happy that they had some vases ready to go instead of calling in a custom order. I have received and given flowers and dish gardens from them and they are tops in my book. Recently, a dear friend sent me 15 roses, as my birthday is on the 15th, 12 red and 3 white. I honestly only go here once a year for Valentine's Day and it is the worst experience of the day they are super slow! so I called in my order at 11am told them I'll be there at 3pm when I get off to pick them up. When I get there they made me wait 20 minutes after asking where they are they told me they did not have them ready "their phones been off the hook all day" and wanted me to wait another 30 minutes because they'll do it now!
