More concerning--the tip appeared to be calculated on the total including tax, meaning I'd be tipping on tax as well (an additional $21.13). That doesn't feel appropriate or transparent. Requesting tips for standard order preparation shifts the responsibility of the employer paying an appropriate living wage to the customer. This policy ultimately cost a sale. Although her delivery person wasn't able to come at 8:45am, she ran over to me herself at 9am and was so apologetic that she was even 15 minutes late and then gave me some tulips because she felt so bad! She is so amazing and she's also doing coffee and tea and gave me coffee and tea both times I visited her! She is so great and I will definitely use her for every time I need coffee or flowers :)

She then went back and found my order which was labeled incorrectly ( the last initial was wrong) and gave it to me with no nicety or apology.
