I was told they checked and they were good to be picked up then. Fast forward to today, I get to Caroline's a little after 930, imagine my surprise when the woman behidn the counter tells me not only are the baskets not ready, they won't be ready for at least 2 hours. This isn't what upset me, listen I understand that things happen. What is insanely unprofessional is the fact that I arrived at my office about 7 minutes from Caroline's and she is on the phone with my coworker saying the baskets are ready. I was not told to wait for them, I was told they would need TWO MORE HOURS. I had to spend most of my day running around in circles back and forth when all of this could have been avoided if she asked me to wait 10 more minutes. I am extremely unhappy with the service and unfortunately I don't think I'll be choosing Caroline's anymore.

She then replied well everybody has been waiting 30 mins get over it which all of the people behind me also heard , she then went to check the order. I then overheard the same girl and another behind the counter girl say that girl is a crazy b***h we don't have it, she then came back and looked at my phone again not realizing that I heard her say that nasty comment. She then went back and found my order which was labeled incorrectly ( the last initial was wrong) and gave it to me with no nicety or apology. As somebody else who works in the service industry I get how days like Mothers Day are very busy and chaotic, but that doesn't excuse the bad behavior and poor customer service.
