I called the shop and the owner was rude an kept saying she was going to go to my friends house demand the flowers back. She was extremely unprofessional and quite nasty on the phone. I then asked for a colorful mix of flowers in a basket. we arrived at the wake two days later to find one of the worst bouquet of flowers we had ever seen! A few stems of half dead mums in a cheesy glass vase! What was worse was that most of all the other arrangements contained sunflowers! Apparently they are available this time of year! I was embarrassed at having sent the most horrendous flowers we had ever seen. Maybe they thought since I was calling from Florida to order them that we were not going to attend and we wouldn't see them. What a way to run a business. Never again! Over $100 for a bunch of dying crappy flowers! Don't order from here if you need flowers in the Seville area

I ordered roses to my fiancée's work place for Valentine's Day as I annually do. It wasn't until almost 6pm that I received a phone call from "Dave" stating that she wasn't in the building at that very time and that the driver was waiting for another address to make the delivery.. I requested a refund as my anual tradition was already ruined and no I didn't want them delivered anywhere because we had plans immediately after work.. it is now evening. I've never had a problem in the past. He simply replied with "I'll see that THEY want to do about it" and hung up. THEN comes the part that made me angry.. he called her after hanging up with me BEHIND MY BACK and asked her for a second address. I found that extremely unprofessional and rather swindle. Why was my refund request ignored? Till this day, I haven't heard from "them". I will be staying away and advising others to do the same.
