I did ask a few questions of the man who worked there and he was semi helpful. No smile no personality and I felt like I was bothering him with my questions. She gave me her number so that we could communicate and was very responsive. Although her delivery person wasn't able to come at 8:45am, she ran over to me herself at 9am and was so apologetic that she was even 15 minutes late and then gave me some tulips because she felt so bad! She is so amazing and she's also doing coffee and tea and gave me coffee and tea both times I visited her! She is so great and I will definitely use her for every time I need coffee or flowers :)
