It's like you have known them all your life when you walk through the door. And the talent that comes from their hearts to their hands to craft you the most stunning piece of floral arrangement work is just flawless and full of pure Bliss! I couldn't be happier with them honestly. Noreen did my wedding flowers many years ago and I go there for everything I could possibly need when it comes to flowers, balloons, candy baskets, fruit baskets, stuffed animals , cards ECT... She and James have been there for my most happiest of times and for my most sad. They have hugged me when I cried after loosing people close to me and even attended on more than one account a wake of a family member after all their hard work of bringing some life to such a sad filled room. They are the best and there is no one else like flowers by Floyd harbor. This shop and this family are a diamond in the ruff. They are a much hidden gem. And they are so fair to top it all off I should add. There is just so many bennifits to this place. Visit and you will see too. Thank you always and forever Noreen and James xoxo Kindest regards, Tiffany

Daisy's Flower Shop in Hauppauge is hands down my go-to flower and gardening nursery! Their…read morecustomer service is some of the best I've experienced, and you can really tell that they care about their customers, their plants, and the local community. For the past two years, Daisy's has supplied my garden with some of the healthiest and best heirloom vegetable plants I've ever grown. Their selection has been growing and expanding rapidly, and it's been wonderful to see how much they continue to offer each season. There's always something new to discover! I've also used Daisy's for birthday bouquets and anniversary flowers, and they never disappoint. Whether I'm looking for something beautiful for a special occasion or stocking up for my garden, I know I can count on them. I'd much rather support a great local business like Daisy's than shop at the big-box garden centers around here. The quality, selection, and personal service make such a difference. Do yourself a favor and make a stop at Daisy's. You won't regret it!

I'd like to respond to my review left on 8/20 in reference to the issue with my order and address…read moretheir customer service. I received a phone call from Michelle the very next day, and you could hear it in her voice how upset she was that they made a mistake and apologize again and again. She truly could not have been more sincere. She didn't make any excuses and said it was her mistake and took personal responsibility for it. She apologized again and asked if there was anything, anything at all that she could do to rectify the situation. She was so upset and offered to deliver a bouquet of the lavender roses that day. We were going away the very next day for a week, so she offered to send another bouquet at any time and for any reason or holiday at no charge. When we returned from our trip Michelle sent a welcome home bouquet of the most beautiful lavender roses you ever seen. I want to thank Dale Florist and let you know that you have an employee that represents your company with the up most care and respect for your customers and deserves this recognition. You have a customer for life as long as you continue to uphold these values and the customer service Michelle gives.

And each one of them were as lovely as the next. I stopped in on my way to my nieces' recital, which was being held at the Patchogue theater. The shop seemed pretty busy. Well, it was recital day after all. A lot of people needed last-minute flowers such as myself to gift to their favorite performers, but they still were able to accommodate me. I got two pink roses that were single wrapped with a beautiful butterfly decoration. Both roses were about $30 which I thought was really well priced, especially with the little added butterfly which the girls loved. I will definitely keep stopping by when in the area I need a bit of green/color either in my life or to gift to someone. They also had a really lovely plant selection as well.

I ordered roses to my fiancée's work place for Valentine's Day as I annually do. It wasn't until almost 6pm that I received a phone call from "Dave" stating that she wasn't in the building at that very time and that the driver was waiting for another address to make the delivery.. I requested a refund as my anual tradition was already ruined and no I didn't want them delivered anywhere because we had plans immediately after work.. it is now evening. I've never had a problem in the past. He simply replied with "I'll see that THEY want to do about it" and hung up. THEN comes the part that made me angry.. he called her after hanging up with me BEHIND MY BACK and asked her for a second address. I found that extremely unprofessional and rather swindle. Why was my refund request ignored? Till this day, I haven't heard from "them". I will be staying away and advising others to do the same.
