I could not make a review unless I chose a location. If I had completed my online order this would most likely be the store that would have filled the order. Canceled a $107 order at checkout after being prompted to add an 18% tip for preparing a fruit basket. Even though it's optional, it creates an uncomfortable pressure point for customers. More concerning--the tip appeared to be calculated on the total including tax, meaning I'd be tipping on tax as well (an additional $21.13). That doesn't feel appropriate or transparent. Requesting tips for standard order preparation shifts the responsibility of the employer paying an appropriate living wage to the customer. This policy ultimately cost a sale. I'm writing this review for the Rocky Point location. I wanted to redeem my free birthday gift so I went in person because the app clearly stated that you had to pay a minimum purchase online only but it was free in person. I told the Indian man at the counter that I wanted to redeem my free birthday gift and he instantly said, "No not today." I asked "why not" and he said "you can't do it today and you need to make a purchase to redeem it anyway." I said "I thought that was only online" and he said "no that's in person or online, but we can't do it today anyway." He gave no clear explanations and obviously he did not want to be bothered with extra work. I walked out of the store. I am writing this review about the Medford, NY Edible Arrangements. I was sent a berry box and flowers from a dear friend for my milestone birthday.  Upon arrival I was so excited and couldn't wait to see everything.  I opened the first bouquet of flowers and after removing the paper the rose petals and leaves were dropping all over my kitchen floor and counters.  I couldn't believe a company would send out merchandise that was basically dead.  When I  called the Medford, NY store I  was told that by the employee I would have to speak to the manager who wasn't there.  I called the manager Jamal the next day and explained the situation to him.  I  wanted my dear friend to be refunded because she did not pay for dead flowers.  He offered a small refund and tried to convince me that he had done a good thing by sending an extra bouquet of flowers.  I explained to him that it was not a good thing because they made a mess all over my floor and counters and not a single flower was salvageable. When I realized I was getting no where with him I asked for the number for corporate and was told to "look it up on line".  Jamal was not apologetic in any way and just a nasty man.  I advise before sending merchandise to someone  beware of what they send and ask the recipient if the merchandise is of proper quality.  Very disappointed this turned what was to be a joyous occasion into a very disappointing one.  Buyer beware. read more

Do not use this place. The customer service is horrible. I received a birthday cheese and grape platter that had moldy grapes. When I called I was told that was not true as the " designer" did it himself and saw they were good . Not to mention he was rude. I did not want to tell the person who sent it to me but thought they should get a discount . I was told to bring the grapes in to exchange. Just what I want to do on my birthday . I'm not quite sure how this location is even in business. I worked at an edible and never in a million years would I treat or speak to anyone the way I was spoken to yesterday. I placed an order online, it was in by 2pm meaning it should ge delivered same day. He called me to tell me he had no drivers and that it would be done on Sunday. We went back and forth for a minute and he proceeded to not only hang up on me but tell me "I'm canceling your order and not dealing with this bullshit" the owner and staff need to find a different occupation because they clearly are not cut out for customer service. I ended up calling HQ customer service and they were so kind and replaced my order for a different location. Please go to any location but here. I was actually nervous that if I did let them go through with the order they would end up doing something bad to my arrangement just to get their frustrations out. I honestly am still in shock about how the manager and men in this rocky point store treated me. How they are even still in business is beyond me. Terrible customer service, no empathy and downright cruel. I ordered a surprise fruit platter for my friend on the day of her relatives' wake. When the driver reached the address no one was home (they were at the funeral home), he called my friend and she said to leave it on the porch and her neighbor would get it. Within minutes my friend realized their was a miscommunication - she thought the delivery was to HER home, when in reality the platter was being delivered to her mom's house where they were going in-between the wake times. The driver never verified the address to her. She called the driver back and he was unsympathetic, I called the store to see if the fruit was packed with ice and if their was anything they could do (I live 40 mins away and it was a hot summer day). I was very polite and the man on the phone started SCREAMING at me. Very hostile and aggressive to the point where I was in tears. I had no idea why he was acting that way- he told me all the fruit would be spoiled in the sun and we were sh*t out of luck. At the end of the call he finally said if I brought the platter in her would change out the melted chocolate pieces. I did not feel safe going into that store after that phone call. I also could not physically pick up the spoiled platter and get to the store in time before they closed. I called corporate to see if they would refund me so I could order a fresh platter from a different location and they would not refund me. I would NEVER use this location or the edible arrangements company ever again in my life. They don't care about their customers and think it's OK to talk to people like that. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Do not use this location. If you could go to another nearby location instead do it. The owner is extremely hostile and aggressive, to the point that I had to get off the phone with him and call corporate to report him. He was berating me and yelling at me over the phone because I wanted him to try again to deliver an order for me. It was a surprise for my sister, so she wasn't home when I thought she would be. He wanted her to come pick it up when she just had a c section four days ago...You would think paying $15 for a delivery fee would mean they would try to deliver again later in the evening. The very expensive basket of fresh fruit and chocolate covered apples came with just a few of the chocolate covered pieces. For the money spent, they need to add more of the chocolate pieces. The arrangement was balanced nicely with other pieces such as a melon assortment and pineapples. The arrangement was decent, but not the large size ordered. Not the same as the picture. read more

I've been coming to this location for a few years now and they kill it every time. From start to finish, the entire process is handled carefully and personally. The service team is a group of very kind individuals who always go above and beyond. The product itself is always fresh and tastes delicious, I've never encountered a problem. I ordered a basket online and my sister received it at about 4:45 on a Tuesday and it went bad by Thursday morning. I called the store the following day and left a message for the manager. Never received a call. I called the store again and spoke with Saima (the owner). She was talking over me as I was trying to explain everything. I told her all the fruit was slimy in 1.5 days and that was not acceptable. I spent a lot of money and the fruit was refrigerated and put into containers right away. She wanted to speak to my sister and not me.....she was extremely RUDE. My sister called Saima and told her what happened and Saima offered her a box of chocolate covered strawberries and my sister told her that was unacceptable, which I totally agree with. Saima should have sent my sister another basket as the fruit should not all go bad that fast. I then called Saima again and she refused to do anything else. I told her I was going to call Corporate and she said "Go ahead, they can't do anything about it". I understand each store is a franchise but that was uncalled for and Corporate should be able to do something about it. She was negative, unpleasant to deal with and quite nasty to me on the phone. She even lied saying she had proof that the basket was delivered at 2:00pm that day when I actually ordered it after that time and I got a call from the store about 4:10 asking if someone was home at my sister's house so they could deliver it. I filed a complaint with Corporate on 9/11 and waited for someone to call me to resolve this issue but no one called. I then called Corporate again and filed my 2nd complaint. No one called me. I filed my 3rd complaint and still no phone call. I filed my 4th complaint on after I received a phone call from the owner, Saima. She offered the same box of strawberries which I told her was like a slap in the face. I wanted a full refund or the same size basket I ordered delivered to my sister again. She told me that was not going to happen....absolutely not, she said. She was continuing to yell at me, talk over me and kept telling me to call Corporate because they can't do anything. Then she proceeded to hang the phone up on me. TOTALLY WRONG. I then filed my 5th complaint with Corporate. No phone call back to resolve this. I then called and filed my 6th complaint with Corporate. Corporate put me on hold and called her store but Saima and her husband, Nadeem, were not in. She left a message for them to contact Corporate. In the meantime, I have written tons of messages on Facebook and other sites telling people NOT to order from her 2 stores (Rocky Point & Medford). I am also going to contact News 12 to have them do a story on this if I don't get total satisfaction in the end. read more

The arrangement I ordered did not look like the photo on the website, the ginger bread men were half assed. They tried to deliver two arrangement, which luckily I was not charged for. This is no cheap basket of fruit there for I expect them to do it correctly the first time. I called to complain and they did try to redeem themselves, but I was not looking for a hand out just to let them know they should not half ass things, and they should take the time to make things work. (supposedly they could not cover the ginger men fully because it was to "messy") Obviously its possible otherwise they would not advertise them like that. read more
