I ordered a yellow three layer cake with cherry filling (Moms favorite) and chocolate buttercream frosting. The flavor was outstanding. The cake itself was moist without being gummy, the frosting was to die for, and the cherry filling wasn't too sweet. It was a perfect cake. Best one yet! My only critic, and it's a very slight one, is the edible butterflies they placed on the cake looked cheap. I removed them prior to serving. I'll be back for her 100th birthday celebration next year!

Sign up for their text alerts, and you get 15% off coupons. The one thing that really disappoints me is their side salads now. They used to be amazing with carrots, cucumbers, onions and roasted peppers. Now its a pile of lettuce with some onion. Understanding costs are rising, but customers notice chintzy. You can cut back without cutting out. Just my opinion. I love salad. All in all, good community diner. We are here about once a month, sometimes more

Also had an imported peach iced tea which was much needed on a warm day. I was able to enjoy my food on one of their outside tables. Such a hidden gem of a place, definitely check it out!
