Very strange and rude person behind the counter. Extreme defensive when simple question was asked. Began cursing about giving him a ticket. Avoid read more

Came here to buy a vape during my lunch break at work. My driver's license was revoked during COVID (for DUI) so I only have a license that says "Under 21" even though my actual age is 26 years old. However the motherfucker working here still wouldn't sell to me even after seeing my birthdate is March 14th, 2000. I've NEVER had any problem other than here. FUCK THESE PEOPLE. My recommendation: LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! read more

Needed juice early in the a.m. plenty of options, even brands I know from Cali. Awesome price for a 60 ml. The man behind the cash register was friendly. Would recommened. read more

I love coming here. The gentleman is always so sweet and a pleasure to talk with. I always stay a few minutes to chat with him. Unfortunately, the lady who works during the day is very rude and starts an issue every time I go in. She has zero customer service. The difference between their customer service is night and day. I will not be back. I will not give my money just to be disrespected. So thank you to the lovely gentlemen who has treated me great over the years and provided wonderful customer service. I wish you both best of luck. read more

I see quite a few reviews regarding the woman that works here. she happens to be a lovely woman and the wife of the owner. she is a little more quiet than he is but if you take time to speak to her she is extremely nice and courteous. I've grown to know both of them over the years and they are one of the nicest couples i know. they're very helpful and i would strongly recommend this business. read more

Got to the store on my lunch break. Sign on door says be back in 15 min. I figured I'd wait. 40 minutes have passed and my entire lunch break is gone. Very unprofessional. Total waste of time. read more

I'm from the Bay Area in California- the home of vaping- and while visiting my sis in NY I started having problems with my old but formerly trusty pro tank 2 so I visited this small, but amazingly well stocked store. Tony, who runs the operation, treated me to a first class experience and with great patience and humor fitted me out with a new Aspire tank which exactly meets my needs and is a fine upgrade to my vaping outfit. I only wish I lived 2500 miles closer so I could shop at this place for all my future vaping supply needs. This is THE tops! read more

Definitely a hidden gem. They have everything you could imagine. I'm surprised this is their first review. Perhaps they need some better branding and a new sign. read more

This lady was very vapeful! Came in here with my girl after going to Roast Sandwich next door (check my review on that as well.) The lady was helpful, sweet, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Nothing is more annoying than someone trying to be pushy! I hate it! Ugh! Wa! Any who, bought a coil and some lottery cards. Good news, is the coil works. Bad news, I am still poor! Verdict: I'll be back (Arnold voice.) read more

Do not come here for cigars. Red dots are $23, cigars that cost $4 are $10, if she doesn't know how much a cigar costs she will pull a number out of her as if we don't have access to the internet and don't know the value of the cigar. The prices of the padrons are even more sad, Padron does not allow price manipulation like this and they should have their ability to sell them taken away. This is all after the fact that the humidor is maybe 85f with 80+ RH feeling like Florida. The last and final time I went there they managed to get a box of AF curly heads and she tried to sell them $9 ea. read more

VERY sketchy business... I go in there asking for disposable vapes. they sell me one for $25 (WAY overpriced but whatever). My friend went back to the same store days later and they claimed "they did not sell the vapes she wanted because they are illegal." Meanwhile, they had just sold them to me a few days ago. We are over 21 years old with real NY IDs. Very sketchy business going on with those vapes, I'm sure they are selling them illegally or something since they clearly pick and choose who to sell them to. I won't be back here. read more

Love going to this store. Both the husband and wife are very friendly and they always remember me when I come inside! Honestly one of the best stores around here that sell quality product at a good price read more

Terrible service the lady at the register picked up a personal phone call midway while I was trying to purchase something.... so rude and unprofessional I DO NOT recommend supporting their business at all read more

Great selection and great service! This is my "go to" place whenever I'm looking to buy cigars, cigarettes, or vaping supplies.

Every smok coil I have bought at FSM, last one to two days. typically I get almost a week out of them. This store should make sure that their distributor is legit, cause their smok coils don't seem to be. read more

This place is the best. They do whatever they have to in order for the customer to feel satisfied. Their selection is HUGE and if they don't have something they will get it for you. A+++ read more

Went in to see what was available and the Woman behind the counter must be hitting all the vape pens since the first words out of her mouth were "How old are you" as soon as I set foot in the door, not "how can I help you" or "Need help finding anything" like most shops. I explained that I was 22 while I handed my ID and the next 60 seconds were completely surreal and I think some brain cells were lost. She blatantly stared at my ID while asking "When was the last time you were here" I was extremely confused and had to explain that I was there several months ago, not exactly sure why that is a question in the first place. Than she put a cherry on top of the terrible customer experience Sundae by saying that MY CERTIFIED NEW YORK STATE ID is fake and said the person on it looks different (picture was taken when I was in 11th grade so it will obviously look different) I asked for my ID back and was even trying to be nice after but I can tell she wanted me out of the store. Never have I had felt so uncomfortable before. If the owner is reading this review please make an attempt at teaching your employee's how to treat customer's. read more

If you need juice, this is the place to go. For other vape related products, you're wasting your time. The coils are knockoffs, my "wismec" had a problem with the battery connection, it broke on me in a month and they wouldn't replace it. read more

I went in here the other day to get my friend some vaping gifts for his birthday. I have absolutely no clue about the first thing to buy or do when it comes to vaping. The person who assisted me, Tony, was very helpful in explaining what product was used for what, their best sellers and what a good gift for my friend would be. My friend ended up raving about his birthday gift. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone from beginners to experienced vapers. They have a huge selection and you won't be disappointed. Make sure you ask for Tony! read more

This place has a great ejuice selection, low prices, and friendly owner. However most of there vape devices and coils are fake and not authentic. I only recommend this place for ejuice, anything else will be waste or money and break within a few weeks. read more
