All i wanted was the cartridge which he could have told me he didn't sell. He didn't know what I was talking about. He talked me into buying a much higher end vape pen for 250. He didn't tell me nor show me how to use it nor tell me i needed concentrate to use it. The box wouldn't open at home so i had to rip it. It was confusing as hell to set up. I tried to tape up the outside box, put everything back in the packaging and return it. He said because it was open, he couldn't give me the full amount back. I am going to dispute this charge at my bank. This place is a rip-off and the guy behind the counter was rude, discourteous, and didn't explain anything on how to use the product. Bait and Switch.

The guy working there kept trying to blame me, asking me how many times I dropped it, then says I must have dropped it in water. Like I'm trying to get over on these winners for $45. While it does not have the luster of say, Nat Sherman, or other nice smoke shops in the city, Fortune has a spacious, clean, walk-in humidor and a knowledgeable worker inside. The lotto guy is funny and likes to make jokes about the winning numbers and is easy to get along with, unlike most places you walk into and the utter look of depression and ennui on some of the workers faces is just depressing. The other guy who works at the register where the candy and newspapers and things are is friendly also. Parking lot in front and around back.

Do you have any idea how difficult it is to own a business in 2025? Maybe the man works 16 hours a day and hasn't seen his family since pre-Covid. Just saying, lighten up. I had a positive experience there. Having recently moved from the city and unfamiliar with any local vape shops, I found this place via google. The owner was very helpful , personable and friendly.
