The fact you even took the time to read my other reviews shows that you have plenty of time being the shit manager you are in your poorly ran store. You weren't even in the store at the time. One of your employees was handling my issue and didn't offer any customer service. The guy was barely listening. Your managing skills need major improvement Kim F. I've been to quite a few smoke shops on Long Island but as far as smoke shops go, Daze is top notch! Their prices are reasonable, employees are very knowledgeable/friendly and this place has just about have everything you need. If by any chance they don't have what you're looking for, ask'em and they'll order it for ya. The owner Kim is very nice and is big on customer service. She is more about making sure the customer is happy and pleased with their purchase as opposed to other owners who are trying to squeeze ya for a quick buck. I've been going to daze for years and the staff is so helpful and friendly. There's never a rush, you can take as long as you like whether you're window shopping or buying a few things. Everyone's also very knowledgeable and I've yet to buy something that I wasn't satisfied with. They give free lighters and stickers with purchases and the clearance section has a some cool gems. Great place to buy incense and sage as well as crystals/gemstones and smoke accessories. Wide variety and affordable prices. read more

This store has the most knowledgeable and helpful staff of any I've been to like it. They're are courteous and have never been anything but nice.
