Liquid started to escape from the batteries which then went on my fingers/hands, and burned me. Tobacco Town REFUSES to take the batteries back, REFUSES to swap them out for another set, and REFUSES to issue a refund. Any one of these solutions would have made this review unnecessary since they could have worked with me, but instead they are not standing behind their faulty product. Do NOT go here. They are completely unreasonable with how they do business, and do not stand behind their product. Completely unprofessional with the entire process.
