the couple that run this shop are always super friendly and helpful, they're honestly great. aside from that, they have a massive inventory (way better than most shops) and I know I can find everything I'm looking for there - without them having to order it and wait for it to arrive. there are a lot of vape shops around... if you're on LI, this is one of the best. highly recommended. read more

Great shop, nice family who runs it. They don't pull any punches... if you are underage they won't sell to you and there's constantly kids trying to get adults to buy stuff for them, if they suspect you're doing that.... They will not sell to you, that's on you for doing that and they will tell you to no longer shop there and I don't blame them, buying vape juice for underage kids is awful and trust me when I say you're not the cool adult you think you are when you're aiding a child's addiction to vape juice. I buy coils for my tank and the prices are good compared to other shops in the area. I buy regular juice there and the prices are pretty decent for that as well. I've been going there for a while because it's convenient, even though their prices are not as the owner states, "really good." They charge a few dollars over most local places. They have told me over the phone they have products and when I arrive, they do not. Just now I called and asked for a price before I drive a little further where I know it's cheaper, and they wouldn't "share prices over the phone." Good business is good business. They remind me of a shady car dealer or a telemarketer scammer. Something is a little off with them. read more

Been in several times and have spoken to the same women every time. I know what I needed but The customer service wasn't informative. The knowledge is inconsistent and it feels like there's no interest in returning customers where competitors are big on brand loyalty. There are better shops literally within a quarter mile radius. I was a little disappointed it didn't have a lot of selection for the type of vape pen I wanted, and they are quite expensive actually. I live in Long Island but not Suffolk County I live in Nassau and the prices are bit better. Also when I first entered the shop it was a lady there I'm assuming the mother or the wife and then two men walked in it looked like Father and Son. Instead of them helping they just stood staring which made me uncomfortable, so I just bought two items and I left. I didn't even bother I was going to buy a vape pen even though I didn't like the selection but I didn't like being stared at like that either. read more

I purchased a Randys Troo Vape pen for 50 bucks. I was told it was the "hot seller", I noticed all the signs (they have many of them everywhere) that said "no refund/no exchange/all sales final"...I wanted to support a local business so i gave them a chance anyway. As soon as I opened it the button didn't click, the unit wouldn't charge and within five minutes i was back in the shop. They were nice enough and exchanged it for another unit. I went home, charged it per the manual 3 hours and used it for one evening. After that, the newly replaced unit would no longer hold a charge. i tried multiple chargers and no luck. Within a five hour period i was sold two faulty products and had to call the store. I dropped off the vape pen to let them see that it was indeed no longer working. Today I went in the shop and expected either another exchange or some type of partial refund. Maybe at least an apology. What i got was YELLED AT for saying i felt robbed. It's not even a feeling anymore. This place is reprehensible for knowingly selling products that don't work more than once. If it worked for a few sessions then the policy of NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE/ALL SALES FINAL is reasonable but not in the instance of 5 hours...The manufacturer wants to be mailed the unit and takes up to 2-3 weeks to respond. I don't feel like being blamed for buying the wrong vape pen by two places at once so i left the vape pen at the store for them to be reminded not to carry "Randy's" products anymore. DO NOT DEAL WITH VAPOR DEPOT. THEY SELL 100% BROKEN GOODS AND THINK A SIGN GIVES THEM THE EXCUSE TO CONTINUE DOING SO. I would've spent more money over the years and upgraded to a more expensive vaporizer as i love supporting local businesses...but they only wanted to hustle me for 50 bucks instead of doing repeat business. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and trying to get a refund through my bank just for starters. Please AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE PLEASE. read more

I've been vaping almost 3 yrs now & my experience at most of the shops is almost always pretty great. They're very big on cust svce and I love em for that, but yesterday was my 1st time in Vapor Depot and I already can't wait to get back there. I needed help putting a coil in to my new Avocado RTA. I bought it online and didn't even buy it there, but I was close by and figured I'd check out the juice selection I've heard so much about. I met John and he immediately helped me with my coil. He fixed the one I had and put in for me and was overall just a nice guy. No pressure to buy anything either and he had a ton of hardware and anything you'd need. He really did have a huge selection of juice and of samples of everything he sold. The back wall was filled with them and so much to choose from. It was all new, premium juice that we all actually want too and not house made. I picked up a bottle of Cereal Science that I'm currently obsessing over and I couldn't believe his prices were about $3 less than every other vape shop I've been to. Makes me want to buy more there. I had to leave in a rush, but wil def be back asap. Thanks John! read more
