Knowledgeable staff here gives great guidance from juices to mods to atomizers. I am in here at minimum once a week for my juice needs. They are very helpful with the types of flavors I prefer. Recently pop clouds ( at a whopping $20 per 60ml) has become my daily vape. Their prices for everything are very cheap. Sometimes even cheaper than internet prices. Insane. The coils are priced slightly below the competition. Juices, too many to choose from. Usually I'm asking what sells the most when I'm looking for a new flavor. The staff here couldn't be more expert with recommendations. I haven't bought too many here that weren't good, a stark difference from my previous experience at other stores. Juice is tough to find, at least tolerable ones. Surreal does a great job with stocking fast moving products, while blowing out at wholesale stuff that is slower to move. I placed an order through their website. Their website and everything looks great. I found what I needed, checked out, paid for it and got a confirmation email. Great! That was the end of the positive side of the story. I received a phone call from them the next day and was told by a sales lady that they didn't have any more of the item that I needed. Ok fine. If they just refunded me or told me it would take a while I would've been fine with it or might've looked elsewhere or even cancelled it myself. They told me instead, that they would ship me complimentary packs of vape pods that would equal the number that I ordered (the two pod box that come free with the Bo Vape system). I said to myself hmmm that sounds shady but ok as long as I get them. Then she asked me if it was ok to just send solo pods, not in any box, but guaranteed new. Now this sounded super shady. Am I just going to get refilled pods with a different liquid that they're just passing for new? I've never seen anyone sell these individually because BO Vape pods always come in a box and I've been using them since they first came out. Even the free ones. I purchased these pods for a friend who was traveling back to their country and wanted to take them back. The pods also come in these cute little boxes so that he doesn't have to have weird unprotected liquids going on to an airplane and when he gets there, he wanted to maybe give a kit to his friends as a gift. I waited about a week and they still didn't arrive. I live not too far from them so shipping should only take a couple days max. So, I called. I explained to the lady, who was the wholesale manager, the situation and she told me that no one at the shop made that phone call and that even sending the complimentary pods would not happen since THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY MORE OF THOSE AS WELL. So, a ghost called me, represented the store and told me a story I couldn't even think about making up. After a few minutes, I get transferred over to another lady, whom I spoke with originally, and magically everything was remembered. However, still there were no pods other than the ones that were "loose" and complimentary pods weren't sent, and my friend leaves in 3 days. So here we are. The best vape shop I've been too hands down!!!!!!! The staff is phenomenal, funny and helpful. I travel from queens all the way to surreal vapors once a week, their prices are very cheap. They have a huge selection of eliquids as well as mods, pens and all accessories for your vaping pleasure. I usually only deal with phill when I come here but any other staff member is just as good. Their customer service is out the door, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would not hesitate. First, they have wide variety of juices and devices for vapers and for those who are converting from smoking cigarettes. Second, the store is very clean and very neat and not crammed Third their prices for PODS for Juul is amazing Fourth, the staffs here are unbelievably kind and compassionate. During the snow today my car would not break in time causing me to drive onto their store yard and end up with a flat tire. They immediately came to AID and asked if I was alright. As I was waiting help to get my car fixed they offered me hospitality from the cold, offered hot beverage to keep me warm. Not once did they make me feel unwelcome or any annoyance that I'm loitering in their business. They didn't show any aggravation of the after math of my tire streaks in their grass . A a new comer to vaping, I wanna check out all the cool stuff, this place is just a few minutes away from my regular vape shop, I walked into the store and OMG, this place has everything! Everything except for a helpful staff, I can understand the "no pressure" method of sales but it's kinda messed up when you find something you wanna see and the staff just sits there looking at you like, " am I suppose to actually get up and walk 5 ft to help you" look on their face? The dude obviously knew I wanted to see something in the case, so I'm like, brah, can I see this Mod? I know you can hear me, I mean you're like 5 ft away from me! The younger guy must be working his ass off because his head has not moved from his phone for the whole 10 mins I've been here! I look at the older dude and again I ask to see a product in the showcase, now I get, " that's only a sample mod, were sold out of that product" ok, but can I see the sample model?!?! You know what, forget it! You obviously make enough money and I guess you've been so busy that you're exhausted from me being the only customer in the store, you good sir, run a beautiful store and with your customer service, you'll go places!
