The day prior I received a text advising the block of time for delivery the next day. On the day of, they called 15 minutes prior to their expected arrival time and they were spot on. The installers were courteous and professional. They removed the old units and had the new ones installed and running in about 30 minutes - amazing! When they left, everything was clean and neat, just like it was before they arrived. And their service was less expensive than any of the "big box" stores that sell appliances. What an awful experience. I had a Peloton delivered to my house today. I paid 150 dollars for this. The bike was set up quickly and the two delivery guys were in a rush to leave. An hour later I went to go on my first ride. The bike was completely unstable and rocked back and forth even before I clipped in. The guys never took the time to stabilize the bike and make sure that it was set up properly. I made 3 phone calls to Peloton and they agreed to send a tech out later next week to correct the mess that you guys made. Expert setup for 150 dollars...I feel like you robbed me. I called your customer service number....an automatic message said I was "next in line"...after 18 minutes of waiting the called just dropped and you guys hung up on me without ever talking to a person. You do your best to resolve an issue within the scope of work. The team that delivered my new stove met all 4 of these. I have never experienced such bad service. stacking kit on my washer dryer unit was ruined, the machines aren't sitting flush... dents on the back of the machines.. the bottom panel of my fridge is completely scratched. I am beside myself. When you get items delivered from a store, make sure you ask what company it is. Immediately deny it if it's RXO! never again. Two RXO installers came to install LG washer and dryer. They needed to be stacked with dryer secured on top of washer. The men worked very hard and were courteous and friendly. I thought they did a great job...until I attempted a load of laundry. Minutes after wash began I heard what sounded like a jet engine-in my house? Couldn't be-I ran to laundry room. Not only was washer making the noise, but it scooted several inches from its original placement. The move ripped the side vent from the wall (which they initially struggled with and couldn't use the LG part I paid for so they "improvised"). At this time I'm waiting for this to be repaired. I'm not at all pleased with perhaps the competency of the installers as LG tells me they should have removed 4 bolts at the rear of the washer and certainly should have used the side vent that I purchased from LG specifically for this machine. Those bolts stabilize and secure the drum during shipment. LG is slow moving when contacted you have to retell your concern with way too many folks. There is language difficulty as well as whatever corporate structure they work with. Still, I have no laundry and I only hope whoever finally shows up can rectify this to my satisfaction and that I'll enjoy this top rated laundry pair for as many decades as I had my GE pair. read more

I had a Peloton bike delivered today through this company. I received emails and one call throughout the week keeping me appraised of my order and delivery status. My delivery window was today, Saturday, between 3-6pm, but received a call at 1:40pm that they were outside. It was a nice surprise, especially since I was so excited to try the bike. The two men who brought the bike wore masks (it's also a requirement that the homeowner use one too). The service was professional, friendly and was basically perfect. It took 5 minutes to set it up, and I got a quick tutorial. They explained that they don't stay for the setup since you're entering personal information on the screen to set it up. We had both a washer and dryer delivered by Rxo. We got off to a bit of a rocky start when we were told in the morning our appliances would be delivered in the afternoon and then in the afternoon were told our delivery would be delayed. When our machines were delivered, the two guys who handled the delivery of the washing machine and dryer were great. They took the old machines away and delivered the new machines in less than 30 minutes. The doorway they had to navigate was narrow. There were no nicks or bumps or bangs. I ordered a $1200 washing machine from samsung on February 22, 2023 and scheduled the delivery for march 6th 2023. I was getting emails continuously saying delivery is on time and progress is good. At the last minute RXO Emailed us and said it was delayed and we had to reschedule. We have been without a washer for 10 days at this point. I contacted samsung and explained that I specifically requested this day so that I wouldn't miss work and that I would lose out financially. They issued me a credit of $150 to compensate for the loss of work which I appreciated and we agreed on a delivery date of march 10th instead. Now RXO texts me and says I need to reschedule, when I call in as directed to , the customer service rep says she doesn't see a delivery setup and that she will send an email to the local office. Didn't bring necessary equipment that was part of order,dismissed me when brought up. Had been over 40 minutes and I had to leave. Only listened when husband said would figure out. Upon closer inspection they put existing in backwards and broke it and can't fix now, they shoukd have had 8'vent with clamps per order confirm but clainwd not to. Can't use new dryer at all.
