I come here for all my faxing and or copying business. Easy in and out. Prices are fair too. Staff…read morehere are always helpful and friendly. This location just started taking amazon returns here, so that's convenient.

I enrolled for TSA PreCheck here and had an UNBELIEVABLY disappointing experience. First of all,…read morethe employee complained throughout the entire appointment about his job. I tried to be nice and empathize with him throughout, but it was pretty hard to get him to talk about anything else. Eventually, he asked me why I was enrolling, and I told him it was to use the discount (VERY IMPORTANT). When the enrollment was almost over, he asked me to give him my credit card and I comply since he must know what he's doing, right? Despite me explicitly saying I was enrolling to use the discount, he failed to put the discount on and processed my payment at full price. When I saw the charge was near $100, I kindly brought it up, thinking maybe there was a crazy fee that made a supposedly $50 charge into a $100 one. He proceeded to blame me and said, "You gave me your credit card and not the code, so now you are stuck." As the picture I provided said, the employee is the one that manually puts the discount in. At the time, I failed to bring that to his attention. In the end, he offered no assistance or solution, leaving me to fight for a refund on my own. The unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service made the entire experience frustrating and unacceptable. UPDATE: I talked to a TSA agent and they said I can't get a refund, so goodbye $$$!

I ordered a patio set from Home Depot - that was my first mistake, but it got worse from there…read more Apparently HD uses Estes to deliver large items. I FINALLY got my shipment and while the communication and updates about when it was coming were pathetic, that wasn't the real issue. Only 2 of my 4 piece $2,000 pationset showed up. That was a week ago. I called and though the driver said he reported it, there was no record of it. So, now they're looking for the other 2 pieces. They can't open a claim for me, only Home Depot. I'm out the money, don't have my merchandise, and Home Depot told me to dispute the charges on my credit card. So, I guess by the middle of the summer I'll know if I'll get my chairs or a refund, or neither. NEVER again will I use either company. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!

Just had the WORST experience dealing with Babies "R" Us (no WONDER they're going out of business)…read moreand Estes Express Shipping Company. Short version: took 32 days for our crib to arrive (was told 7-14) and was basically thrown out of the truck into a puddle in our driveway and neither company wanted to help track the item and I was told I HAD to be here to sign for it and tell them where to place the crib. Full Story because I NEED to vent: We ordered a crib before the liquidation started at our local Babies "R" Us because we wanted to get the same crib we have for Calleigh for our newest family member. Crib was ordered on 3/16. Shipping to the store was no longer an option so we had to pay the $99.99 to ship it to our home. We were told to expect delivery in 7-14 days. I assumed no later than Friday 3/30 or Monday 4/2 at the latest. Finally on 4/5 the order changed from processing to shipping with an est arrival date on 4/10. We were going to be in Florida from 4/6-4/14 so I began to worry and try to coordinate with my sister so the crib wouldn't be left outside. On 4/10 the shipping info changed and it said it was sitting in New Jersey. I contacted Babies "R" Us (took over an hour to talk to a representative) to be told the crib was in possession of the shipping company (Estes) and it was MY responsibility to contact them to schedule shipping. Babies "R" Us said the crib was no longer their responsibility. So I called the number I was given to be told it was NOT the correct number this was the "corporate" delivery number and I was given a third number to call. I called that number to get a generic voicemail box not even identifying itself as Estes. I called back the first number and was told it was "too early" (10 am) for someone to be at the residential number. Eventually called back again and was told it was at their facility in New Jersey they would contact me about delivery and I had to be there to sign for the delivery and tell them where I wanted it. Finally was contacted by Estes on Sunday 4/15 (31 days after purchase) saying they could deliver Monday 4/16 and again I had to be there to sign for the crib and tell them where I wanted it. I was given a 2:30-6:30 pm window. By 6:10 pm I was getting nervous since the entire process had been a nightmare and I had had my phone on me and on ring since 2:30 pm. At 6:15 I received a motion alert on our camera and saw the truck back into our driveway. I watched the delivery man PUSH the crib out of the truck and roll the box a few times. No handcart, no second person, just rolled the box. I was shocked and then my phone finally rang so I stopped watching the camera to answer it. It was the delivery driver. The driver asked "Do you have a camper and a Dodge Ram in your driveway?" When I responded with yes he replied, "Oh now you have a crib to add to the collection." He had literally dropped the crib out of the truck (into a puddle) and left. He claimed that he tried calling me multiple times. I told him that wasn't possible as I was home with my phone and he hadn't tried calling or coming to the door. I protested that I was told I HAD to be here to sign for the crib and he hung up on me. I called the company back-they don't even identify themselves as the company when you call-and was told she'd talk to the driver and her supervisor and call me back shortly--never happened. Tried to call Babies "R" Us and was told to call back during business hours from 8am-11pm eastern time (it was 6:30 pm...so I guess that's no help) So LONG story short I now am stuck with a soggy damaged crib box. Yay. NEVER use Estes if you're given the choice and I'd caution against Babies "R" Us but they've already destroyed themselves.
