I think they could pack eggs and have them show up unbroken 3,000 miles later. They partner with Yellow Freight which brings the cost to half of what other shippers charge (who use various mail services). When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. Everything arrived in perfect order and the boxes & inserts that Scott made were amazing. This is a family business, run by Scott and his wife, and they care about what they do. It shows.

I stopped by Staples in Simsbury to print some end of the school year materials. One of the items I…read moreneeded to get printed was on a flash drive. There was a very nice gentleman named Adam who printed these colorful cards for me. They had a watermark, that he asked if I'd like it removed, I told him yes please and he did. I was very happy with the service I received from Adam. The other thing I needed printed was some pictures off my email. Sadly Adam was gone, a young girl who looked to be about 17 took his place. I emailed them the pictures and I explained to her that the pictures should be small, and several of them can fit on one page. She said they "can't do that". There were a lot of pictures, that were also printed on fancy hard stock paper, that was completely unnecessary. It is so wasteful to print one small picture in the center of a full sheet of paper. The total came to $68.00, that's completely ridiculous. She called the manager over, who offered to give me $10.00 off. That's still robbery. I didn't get the pictures. Teacher's personal budgets don't expand very far as it is. Adam was very friendly, personable and helpful. The other associate was none of those things. At Staples you can find anything you may need for your office or classroom.

Anyway, I'd been to a few of these places before, for various reasons, some are decent enough. Rosie's is a bit on the smaller side, fewer machines than your usual place. BUT, the place is much nicer, a bit more comfortable. What I really do like is the card system they have, load money onto the card and use that, instead of having to fiddle around with a few dozen rolls of quarters. Makes things quite a bit simpler.

I cannot believe this business has not been reviewed since 2014…read more I've been doing business with PakMail for several years. Excellent service, good rates. They've done right by me since I moved to West Hartford, giving me a secure location to pick up packages and mail as things like that have a tendency to disappear from porches and mailboxes in this town. Thanks to PakMail, I've never once lost a package. An excellent facility to ship from, the staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Locally owned and operated, too. I brought it to Battiston's because their website said the location offered same day service if it was dropped off before 10am. Luckily, this was on my way to work so I was able to meet that cut off no problem. It was ready by 3pm and it was perfect! What was also great was that at the wedding it got spilled on and when it dried, I couldn't even tell! Very happy with the results! The only thing that bothered me was the person I dropped it off with was kind of curt; she also said she didn't know if they'd be able to do same day, even though I dropped it off by 8am. I'm sure there were other items that came before mine, but I don't think if you openly offer same day that that should be an issue
