I sent him a picture of the cardboard boxes and other items I wanted hauled away and he showed up as promised an hour and took everything. One thing I really appreciated is that he heard me when I told him how much stuff I had and he took the time to take a look at the picture and priced my job fairly in comparison to most of the other vendors who only quoted a flat rate. Matthew arrived on time and worked quickly leaving me with a clean garage. I will for sure call Matthew again and I would recommend him.

The experience was very positive- starting with the initial phone call- service rep "Osi"was friendly, attentive, very polite, as well as efficient and professional. And I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days! Joel (Yoel) and Max came to my condo- they were friendly yet professional and focused on what I wanted to be done as well as doing it effectively and quickly, neatly without any damage. They made what seemed overwhelming to me look "easy"! They were also very efficient in completing the moves. Excellent representatives of their company's philosophy of providing a stress free experience for their customers. I also felt the price was very reasonable - no unexpected extra charges, straightforward. I strongly recommend them!

I had no help packing up and purging 65 years of my parents life. I got 1 quote for the moving part, which ended up being much higher in the end and no one ever explained why. I also had to use their packing service. They truly were morons doing that. They wrapped a very small square piece of plexiglass, which looked like trash and wrapped it like it was priceless fine crystal. Any normal person would see it was trash. Sadly I couldn't physically pack anymore of the house. I knew that would be a different additional charge. I feel they took advantage of a woman in mourning, who didn't know any better and was easily taken advantage due to my state of mind. I did mention that I had no clue how to move. The communication wasn't there during a very trying time. I felt unseen, unheard and taken advantage of in the end. It took 2 years for me to write this review bc I am still dealing with grief and knew the company wouldn't take any responsibility on their part. I'm writing it now to warn others in a similar circumstance not to trust them. I'm sorry I thought it was a good company to use and it wasn't!! The delivery part went off well and nothing was damaged. That's their 1 star.
