No matter how many people are in line, I'm usually in and out in a minute. All they want is the return code, and I'll usually have that ready on my phone before I walk in. It's annoying if they're waiting for me to scroll through my emails. I show them the code, they scan it, I get the receipt, and shortly after I get the conformation email. It couldn't be simpler.
