You bring your item in, show the QR Code and they do the rest. No box. No tape. No address label. Just walk away. It's awesome. There is always a line because someone always has a problem. I've had delightful and helpful employees and I've had employees that clearly hate their jobs. But I would still recommend using the UPS Store.

There's something very fishy about how they do business here, the manager refused to call me back and she appears to physically be in the store very seldom.
