The only saving grace for the whole entire post office is one of their drivers who is a tiny woman with brown hair, and she is extremely nice and goes out of her way for our mail. She is the only reason why I would even give them the one star. unfortunately, she doesn't work on weekends and the weekends are when our mail just seems to be placed in the puddle in the middle of our driveway, or our packages are put in the trees instead of on our porch like everyone else.

I have not had any trouble with other post offices -- just this one. Years ago I got into a terrible -- and needless -- argument with the guy who ran it at the time. He has since retired but the unreasonableness lives on. Whenever I go in there it smells heavily of bug spray and they won't say why. Its a relatively new building so I don't understand why they have to saturate poison from floor to ceiling. What on Earth are they afraid of?! There were other incidents but most egregious of all was when I sent some vintage issues of the UCONN Student Newspaper TO THE UCONN NEWSPAPER for posterity's sake. The asshole opened my package after I left! Yes, she snooped into my mail. You should be concerned they will do the same to your mail. She evidently found it to be ineligible for media mail on highly technical grounds and sent my package back to my house instead to its destination -- wasting my 15 dollars. I was so pissed the vintage issues went into the garbage. As they always say, no good deed ever goes unpunished. That is certainly true with this particular post office. The North Windham Post Office is just down the road. Go there. They won't snoop in your mail.

I chose to pick it up, and drove to Bozrah to grab my package. I believe I paid a fee for the online change, then a fee for the face to face attempt to change at the Hebron PO,l then get a message from my landlord indicating my mail is still goig to the old address so I call the Hebron PO and they do not answer after three attempts (over 150 rings ont he phone and then goes to a busy signal so I call again) no anser so I call the PO general who tells me I ahve to call my creditors individually to change my address because it has a previous address on my license. So why did I pay a fee twice, only to be ignored when it's not working and I call, and then to be told too bad, change it yourself even though you paid us already. They will be bankrupt and out of jobs within the year and I will be happy when they lose their jobs. Condolences, you can call me and leave your complaints between the hours of 8-5pm EST. Maybe I will pick up, maybe not, I will be celebrating that you got yours.

I like that it's a slow post office. Feels home- y ish. It's the same 2-4 people who work there and they probably recognize me by now. Not sure if that's good or bad. I try to avoid post offices because if I'm there at a bad time and location, the line can be long, or short line but very slow. It really tests my patience. I usually hope it'll be a drop, pay, and go; out in 5 min. It usually ends up being 15 minutes if there are even 2 people ahead of me. If I can, I will just schedule for usps pick up or have the nice mail man to pick it up.

I paid to have it assembled and when I got it home found that the seat was on backwards. Needless to say, I was very upset. I contacted the store manager and cannot say enough about the excellent service she provided. She was very apologetic and refunded the price of the chair and I had my son reassemble the chair correctly so that I did not have to bring it back to the store.
