I've gone to this location many of times to do business it never had an interaction like this. Something must've woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to take it out on me. When I called to complain, she answered the phone and said that she was the manager and said that she had cameras so good luck with filing a complaint. Her cameras caught me calling her rude, So I don't know why I was threatened. If the real managers want to reach out to me, that would be awesome.

I've used this UPS Store a few times to drop off Amazon returns. Today it was a Lands End return…read more It's so easy. When you submit the return on the Amazon site they give you a QR code. You bring your item in, show the QR Code and they do the rest. No box. No tape. No address label. Just walk away. It's awesome. There is always a line because someone always has a problem. I've had delightful and helpful employees and I've had employees that clearly hate their jobs. But I would still recommend using the UPS Store.

I had no way of transporting my snowblower to his shop so he offered to pick it up the same day and return it when the work was done. He was able to diagnose any issues that there was and also made any recommendations that were needed. The pricing was very reasonable. It's a small shop so only cash or check is accepted. I am very pleased with the service I got and will definitely be calling Steve again in the future.

We had an unfortunate experience with the employees at A&A Movers (Moveall.com, LLC.) who were…read morehired to move our items. After unpacking, we noticed several of our personal belongings were missing (amounting to more than $2000). After trying to track down our belongings with management, some of which being personal devices, we called the devices in hopes of tracing them. We know that someone stole these devices, as they had the audacity to call us back and hang up! There was absolutely no one else who would have handled these items in the meantime other than the movers of A&A Movers. You shouldn't have to file a police report after trusting someone (and paying them such a high price) to move your belongings. On top of this, there was damage to the lawn from the truck (which was fixed by A&A Movers a few days later), and several other items were broken (see pictures for a few examples). Overall, this was a very stressful and infuriating experience. We cannot recommend hiring A&A Movers, and highly suggest using another moving company.
