I decided to wait a while, hoping the line would move quick given there were two employees working at the desk. No such luck. After 7 minutes, the same exact customers were still a the desk! I'm not quite sure why it takes so long to pay for postage, but I didn't want to waste my entire lunch break at the Post Office. I waited until 15 minutes past, and gave up. The line hadn't moved at all. They should really increase their staff, especially during the holiday season. I guess this is why I tend to just order my stamps from the USPS website and pay the shipping fee.

Way back in the 1720's, it served as a grocery store. In 1757, a barbershop sprung up in part of the building. But what makes this place significant in United States history is what happened here in 1783. That's when it received it's first government post rider. That makes the building the oldest continuously operated post office in the country. So yesterday, I walked in, bought a stamp, and mailed a letter there. My brush with history!

Aisha is personable, knowledgeable and a stickler for detail. I used another local office store for printing some shower invitations; after 3 tries, the color was still off. I then tried Fed Ex for another item I needed printed explaining that it was the color and brightness that mattered to me the most. Aisha delivered, understanding exactly what I was looking for. Today I picked up some wedding table numbers with a watercolor wreath designed by a family member....that came out "perfectly"....after several attempts to get the desired colors and size of the image. On my 3 rd trip back, there was Aisha and I knew the final product would be exactly what I wanted. Aisha has an eye for detail as well as an admirable work ethic. She's the best!
