Like most people going to the post office, I went during my only free time during the week to renew my passport and was met with utter rudeness. I was told I had to schedule an appointment online when online it told me to come into the office. The instructions for this process are really confusing as most U.S. post office processes are. She would not help me understand this process or help me schedule an appointment. Whenever my father has dealt with this woman he has had nothing but good experiences with her customer service. I am angered and disappointed by this blatant unequal treatment of customers. This woman needs to be checked out.

Way back in the 1720's, it served as a grocery store. In 1757, a barbershop sprung up in part of the building. But what makes this place significant in United States history is what happened here in 1783. That's when it received it's first government post rider. That makes the building the oldest continuously operated post office in the country. So yesterday, I walked in, bought a stamp, and mailed a letter there. My brush with history!

Aisha is personable, knowledgeable and a stickler for detail. I used another local office store for printing some shower invitations; after 3 tries, the color was still off. I then tried Fed Ex for another item I needed printed explaining that it was the color and brightness that mattered to me the most. Aisha delivered, understanding exactly what I was looking for. Today I picked up some wedding table numbers with a watercolor wreath designed by a family member....that came out "perfectly"....after several attempts to get the desired colors and size of the image. On my 3 rd trip back, there was Aisha and I knew the final product would be exactly what I wanted. Aisha has an eye for detail as well as an admirable work ethic. She's the best!
