Hailey said I would have to tape them both together and said I would have to buy tape. Asked if they had tape laying around, and she bluntly said no with an attitude. She made me contact Amazon to get another QR code. I tried to politely tell her that she could be a lot nicer to customers and thats when Bret (Manager) stepped in and started to give me his attitude. He states that every time I go in there, I seemed to have an attitude and told me not to take it out on them because I had a bad day. The gull of him saying that!!! He cuts me off, after trying to explain the situation with my experience there every time, and tells me to have a nice day. That I don't get to talk to his employees that way. Hands me a business card and said you can called the number on the card and brushes me off. Crappy service. I'm surprised the owner hasn't addressed this and that they are still in business. Unprofessional with LOW IQ and High attitude issues. Not one customer should experience this. And from the reviews I've read, it seems like a lot were displeased with the service from Management to staffs. They need to go!!! Oh, and when leaving the store, Bret the manager comes to the front door to take a picture of me and license plate. Lol.....what a joke!!!!

The UPS is your typical looking UPS store; it has all the supplies you would need to ship/pack items out. There were printing services and office supplies for purchase as well. You can have color pages printed for 25 cents and no minimum. Other services include: Notary Shredding Passport photos Faxing and scanning Mailboxes Blueprint printing This is my go to UPS store and I will continue to use them.

Part of the item arrived broken, which made the set worthless. I contacted PakMail numerous times by phone, email & in person about reimbursement for the item & the cost of packaging & shipping. They refused to pay me for the item until I signed a release for all other claims. After receiving the payment for the value of the item, I was told they would not reimburse the cost of packaging & shipping. Their reason was that I didn't purchase separate insurance to cover this cost. During the 45 minutes I was in the store completing the transaction no one ever explained that these costs were not covered by the insurance I had already purchased, nor was I offered the option to purchase this additional insurance. Unfortunately, I now have no recourse to collect the $388. I will never use this store again for any shipping or other needs. FYI - I have never posted anything less than a 5 star review. This place deserves less than 1 star.

They partner with Yellow Freight which brings the cost to half of what other shippers charge (who use various mail services). When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. Everything arrived in perfect order and the boxes & inserts that Scott made were amazing. This is a family business, run by Scott and his wife, and they care about what they do. It shows.

There was a very nice gentleman named Adam who printed these colorful cards for me. They had a watermark, that he asked if I'd like it removed, I told him yes please and he did. I was very happy with the service I received from Adam. The other thing I needed printed was some pictures off my email. Sadly Adam was gone, a young girl who looked to be about 17 took his place. I emailed them the pictures and I explained to her that the pictures should be small, and several of them can fit on one page. She said they "can't do that". There were a lot of pictures, that were also printed on fancy hard stock paper, that was completely unnecessary. It is so wasteful to print one small picture in the center of a full sheet of paper. The total came to $68.00, that's completely ridiculous. She called the manager over, who offered to give me $10.00 off. That's still robbery. I didn't get the pictures. Teacher's personal budgets don't expand very far as it is. Adam was very friendly, personable and helpful. The other associate was none of those things. At Staples you can find anything you may need for your office or classroom.

It is play based learning with optional parental involvement. My child just graduated and enjoyed his time at Canton Community Nursery School. The teachers were great. The classroom was nice; it's organized with all types of toys. There were fundraisers throughout the year. I enjoyed getting updates on the SeeSaw app on what the kids were doing in class. My child has learned quite a bit. I highly recommend and would definitely put my child there again.

The walk was very easy with some roots and rocks. There were views of the brook which was peaceful and the sound of flowing water was lovely. There were information cards everywhere detailing which wildlife lived in these woods. There were a couple of small bridges; one was on concrete and fenced in. We also walked over to the butterfly garden. They did a great job with maintaining this land. I can't wait to go back to check out the nature center and the other trails. Since it's early spring, there were no vegetation; I'm sure in the summer this place gets super lush greenery. They also offer many programs and activities; The Children's Museum in West Hartford is also affiliated with them.
