The fabric store told me they would file a claim through UPS, they then called me weeks later to say UPS said I had to file and that day was the deadline to do so. I rushed to the UPS store and had the paperwork filled out. Only to find out the paperwork wasn't filed the same day but 3 days later (past the deadline) because the "manager" was absent from the store until then and they had to file the paperwork. I asked several times to have the manager call me, no call; called when she was in the store but she was busy so left a message, no call. Then was told UPS denied the claim because it was filed late. There's something very fishy about how they do business here, the manager refused to call me back and she appears to physically be in the store very seldom. I would recommend you not use this store, I'd hate for someone else get robbed.

If you…read morecan battle your way through the terrible Manchester CT traffic that is occurring at all hours of the day and night, and you can fight through the hordes of Panera Bread fanatics then FedEx is there for all of your wonderful shipping needs. The main reason for the five stars is simply due to the staff, they are wonderful, and extremely helpful. Most people don't know the ins and outs of shipping and logistics so when we walk in, staring at the infinite wall of shipping materials and we start to cry and get scared and curl up in a ball on the floor, the FedEx staff comes over, picks you up, brushes you off, gives you a quick pep talk to get you raring to go again, then helps you select all the materials for your shipping needs. At the counter they are no less helpful, any questions you have they answer with the enthusiasm and ferocity of a 1000 burning suns. I will always use this location for all of my shipping needs.
