Mike, Amanda, Sam have an attitude problem. The only good one was one guy called Peter and the first guy that sold me on this company Steven. I got lucky that I ended up with a good moving staff crew that was hard working and efficient. Be ready for a 4 hour window which you are told about 48hours before your move which isn't good for people that live in luxury buildings because the elevator needs to be reserved. I get that's not their problem but I wasn't told their was a 4 hour window till last minute. Would I use these guys again? I'm not sure I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that the office staff are good people and are just stressed out because of COVID-19, but I'm not the only person thats complained about their attitude so maybe that's just how they are.
