Poor customer service compared to the other ups stores always wanting to charge for everything so they benefit without thinking about the ups brand. Won't accept packages in the original form it was delivered saying you have to buy a box or a whole tape even if it's a small piece needed.Very frustrating to return packages free without them wanting to charge you for attaching a free return label....impossible to return free packages to ups with being charged.....would not recommend this ups location. read more

This store makes Amazon returns easy; however, during busy times they only have one person there. Today I waited 40 minutes for my Amazon returns. This store needs to be better staffed, especially on a Monday morning since they're closed on Sundays. I would urge the owners to do a better job with staffing. read more

I've been trying to make an Amazon return for over a week. On the front of the store it says they're open till 6 PM Due to Covid 19. Last week, I made three attempts to go to the store between five and 530 and all three times the store was closed. By Amazon tech support and the people at lordship for UPS I was told that if I brought it to a UPS store that they would mail the return out for me. I got there I was told it would be eight dollars for a BOX. I've come here a few times and have always been able to get exactly what I need. Copies, fax, notary and even scan and email. The staff is always polite and helpful. They even have stamps and will take your mail. I haven't shipped anything UPS but I did have to return a package that was wrongly delivered to me. I mostly do notary and it's great because they close at 6:30pm. One time I came here to get something notarized and there was a young man (looked like a high school student) working and he said he wasnt able to notarize. Easy and quick! The employees are very nice and efficient. They're always willing to help me out with any shipping or even media designing needs. They also work with the customer to make sure they get w they want. The notary is also there during all business hours which is very convenient. Better than Staples (especially for copy, print and fax!) They even sell stamps. read more

i was in the USPS STRATFORD OFFICE AT BARNUM AVE today 6/1/17 at 11:59 am. i have a problem on a package i sent to missouri which was not received.i was so unlucky! the next available teller was Ms. JERRI. upfront when she heard that i was requesting for a printout of the mailing address where the pavkage was delivered she told me to go the usps at MAIN STREET i told her that mr. dan helped me with a printout earlier but it did show the delivery address. she did wish to see the receipt i was showing her and her attitude was very unaccommodating! very rude and ill natured. by then i requested to see another cashier. Ms. Dee went out of her way to listen to my problem and took all the efforts to give light to my issue. Ms. Jerri should not be in her job as a cashier or in customer service! i rate her performance as "minus zero". she does not even deserve to be in a back room job..... very unprofessional! warning! if you encounter jerri have second thoughts about it! read more
