I called the day before we needed to move it, and got lucky that they had a cancelation and could squeeze us in with 1 days notice. The unit was heavy and awkward and had to go down some steep stairs into a basement. The movers handled the job professionally and got the machine into the basement with no damage to the machine, the house, or themselves. That was quite an accomplishment!!! If I had one concern about All My Sons it's their failure to clearly communicate pricing and liability limitations. I was told that their minimum charge is 2 hours. It's actually 2 hours plus travel time. And, I wasn't told that their liability limitation is 60 cents per pound. That would have come out to $240 for a $1500 appliance -- definitely not enough to replace the appliance if something had happened. I might not have hired All My Sons if I'd seen this. We got lucky.

worst customer service. went it with it boxed up and a pre paid label the jack ass said i could not ship it in the box it was in because the box was an amazon box that said paper on the outside of the box ( i had just got a delivery of printer paper from amazon). i reuse boxes to ship from our business. he was trying to make me buy his box from the store. had to drive to the other ups store in town, they had no issues with the box i used. never going back to that store , sad because it is close to my job. read more

I came here on a Tuesday to mail a package across the country. It was wrapped and all set to go. It cost about $14 to ship priority. The woman behind the desk was so helpful, that she was able to fit it into a smaller and better protective package and saved me money. I really appreciated it, since it saved me money, and I was sending fragile things as well. I definitely recommend this post office to those who wish to do their mailing needs. So many PO Boxes as well, which is a nice convienince as well. I will definitely be returning to this post office!!

I almost fell trying to get around these cars to use the ramp as it was very icy! Someone needs to get ticketed for parking there! The post office lobby for picking up mail never closes so these people should be ticketed for parking on private property and hindering those that need the handicap spaces!
