I'm a repeat customer because he does excellent work, provides good value for the price and really cares about what he does. About two years ago I had my TAG watch cleaned here because it would intermittently run slowly and replacing the battery didn't help. About six months ago, it again started to run slowly so I brought it back. Paul remembered I had it cleaned here and offered to resolve the problem. I won't go into the details, but I will say Paul took _VERY_ good care of me and stood by his work. I've read the single negative review here about the watch battery. The person did not even go back to see what could have been done. Based on my experiences with Paul, I imagine he would have written a positive review instead if he had.
