I called Tyco print shop and I am glad that I did ... they answered all of my questions and the girl on the phone could not have been more helpful and friendly ... when I arrived to the shop the girl remembered me from my phone call and I felt very happy with my decision to stop in to this very helpful business.. thank you !! But then she insisted I had to buy an entire roll of tape for $4.99 because "they don't have any tape." Clearly, they did -- I could see it right behind the counter. I explained that I'm currently out of work and just needed six inches of tape to seal the box, but she didn't care. I've never experienced such a lack of basic kindness or customer service over something so small. UPS should train staff to show a little compassion, especially for people just trying to make a simple return. I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of , all over a few inches of tape.

The manager at this location is rude, condescending and disrespectful. clearly no understanding of the word customer service. He would not release my package after numerous visits, despite calling FedEx getting a case number and updated receivers name. He arrived with the proper ID, yet still this guy would not release the package. Small man on a power trip. Cost me $ 300.00 in wasted overnight shipping fees, and will now cost FedEx money too, to ship it back to the sender at their expense. Bad business all around.
