But then she insisted I had to buy an entire roll of tape for $4.99 because "they don't have any tape." Clearly, they did -- I could see it right behind the counter. I explained that I'm currently out of work and just needed six inches of tape to seal the box, but she didn't care. I've never experienced such a lack of basic kindness or customer service over something so small. UPS should train staff to show a little compassion, especially for people just trying to make a simple return. I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of , all over a few inches of tape.

He would not release my package after numerous visits, despite calling FedEx getting a case number and updated receivers name. He arrived with the proper ID, yet still this guy would not release the package. Small man on a power trip. Cost me $ 300.00 in wasted overnight shipping fees, and will now cost FedEx money too, to ship it back to the sender at their expense. Bad business all around.
