Moving is such a ridiculously stressful pain in the...ah...neck, but after my first phone call with Tom Gleason, I knew I chose the right company. I was all over the place with the dates I needed for drop off, for moving... but Tom worked with me and even threw in some humor that helped me maintain sanity throughout the process. He didn't run from my craziness, he accommodated my craziness. I'd like to think he may have actually even liked my craziness. Maybe that's too presumptuous of me. Anyway, we need more Toms around. The 20' unit we rented was perfect. The driveway drop off locations were perfect. I spoke with 2 of the drivers on the phone and met one for the final pickup just now (at 7:15am. Nice! When Tom says he'll have it picked up first thing ... he ain't kiddin!). Everyone I spoke with or met is super nice & friendly. Makes a difference when you're having to deal with all the stresses of moving. Oh. The pod itself! Probably shouldn't leave that out of the review. The pod was great too. Tons of rain (I'm talkin torrential downpours) while we had it and not a drop inside the thing. Use this company. Excellent customer service, great product & reasonable prices. A trifecta. Tick Ranger has stood by their guarantee time and time again while doing it in an extremely responsive way. Before we were getting the service we would find ticks in our yard or dogs daily. Now we are lucky to find one or two in between treatments, and if we do find them, they come right back out to make sure they treat the customer well. To some people it may seem a bit costly, but the safety of my family and dogs is in good hands with Tick Ranger. It is certainly well worth it. When service is requested, they are very timely in a response.

In summary, we were incorrectly over-charged on our first round of mosquito spray this week. The price was about double what the original mosquito salesperson, Nick, quoted during our initial conversation. I called to resolve the issue and expected a very mindful customer service solution but instead was talked down to, laughed at, and was told that I must have "misunderstood" in a stellar customer service performance from both Nick and Casey. Here's the wildest part - the original quoted price for adding the mosquito spray was $60 and the incorrect charge was $105. I even offered to continue service at the new price if they acknowledged the issue and resolved the first application cost. Because they weren't willing to do the right thing, I cancelled both my tick and mosquito services - costing them $1550 in annual services instead of refunding me $45!!! Well done, Nick and Casey!!!
