The second department I spoke to assigned an officer who had no issue assisting me and the issue was resolved immediately. Moral of the story is, if you have a non-emergency request, take your time and energy elsewhere. If you are denied by the Danbury PD, always seek a second opinion.

You could plainly see it wasn't. He just ignored me. I felt very disrespected. I was a UPS driver for many years and I've seen those labels pulled off a thousand times. What would it have taken effort wise to please a customer and do the right thing.
