The person in the apartment who ended up with it never returned it to me. Stole it, basically. If there is a lot of mail or a package and the weekly grocery ads/etc are in that day as well, please don't put the ads in my mailbox for that day. And please don't mix envelopes into the folds of the stack of ads, I often toss the ads and sometimes an envelope might be missed. Thank you for taking these things into consideration.

Mailed two international packages second week of December. Postage was over $100. for each package…read more I brought them to the PO with prepaid labels already attached. There was nothing for the clerk to do except to scan them - a one moment task. Asked clerk to make sure that each package got scanned. Response was, "Of course I will." Well, both packages were never scanned. They now show on the usps site as - Not Shipped. Because of that I cannot put in an insurance claim for each lost package. Clerk at PO said - "Maybe you forgot to bring them here. Sorry we can't do anything else." That is right. I paid $100 for the postage for each box and then I just forgot to bring them in. I spoke personally to the Supervisor at this PO and his response, while he kept yawning, was "Sorry there is nothing I can do". My advice to everyone is to go to another PO. Christmas is now ruined for two grandchildren but who cares.

I said to her; the dog is chained in the garage. It is no where near the mailbox. She said the dog scares her. I've been noticing that my mail has not been delivered on time. I told her that I will be putting a complaint. She had already called the post office letting them know I was coming. I went to the worst post office ever (Ansonia,CT) in person and asked to speak to the Post Master and of course he wasn't there and the Supervisor came out and the first thing he says to me is no matter what he's going to believe his mail carrier. That's not the way to start a conversation. I showed him pictures of where the dog was, picture of the mailbox which she doesn't even have to step a foot in my property to get to the mailbox. He didn't care to look at the pictures. I got very upset and maybe came out rude. He did not care about anything I had to say.

pretty well organized and faster than others i have been to and also very caring…read more the pepes farms road post office has often been disappointing. when i wanted to purchase stamps to place on envelopes i was mailing, rather than have a computer print out, i was told to go online to make stamp purchases. the manager complained to me because i wanted to buy stamps. it only discourages me to buy stamps for collecting or to send to others that collect and to show the art of stamps on envelopes.
