Recently, I requested a print via email, but they didn't provide a price. When I picked them up, they charged me over $4 for a SINGLE page. I only paid because I needed the document asap. They refused to give me a receipt or explain why it was so expensive. It's very suspicious that the price jumped after they stopped offering the UPS online order feature.
