Plenty of spots today which was unusual. The two employees when I walked in were very friendly and helpful. My appointment was 1105. I checked in at 1055 because you can't check in until 10 minutes before your appointment. I sat until 1140. The woman at the window acted like she didn't want to be there or help me. She was concerned with singing and talking to the employee next to her. However, she was very efficient. I was there for a registration. I was leaving at 1143. Mixed review of government inefficiency. Could have been much worse.

Instead of listening to our situation or offering an alternative solution, the employee was dismissive and simply handed us the same phone number that we have been calling. I hope the office places more emphasis on listening to customers and providing meaningful assistance rather than sending people in circles.

Within seconds of hearing this person's tone, my voice started shaking, because I knew she wasn't going to be nice, let alone helpful. And after I choked out what ended up being my last question, she doubled down, with an even angrier tone, and hung up on me after I said thank you, strictly out of courtesy, because I was taught manners. Only positive, my call wait time wasn't that long. But ma'am, please do better, it doesn't hurt anyone just being a decent person. I am 100% dreading my in-person appointment coming up. UPDATE: Had my in person appointment, and the gentleman who helped me was perfectly fine, and at no point rude, condescending or demeaning. 10/10, for giving me a normal interaction, and not making me feel like I was anything less than a human being.

When I walked in I was greeted by a man who asked if I had an appointment and when I responded yes, he pointed me in the direction I needed to go. Checking in was also easy, and if you had trouble there was someone there to help. I typed in my phone number, my appointment time popped up and I printed out a receipt and found a seat. I had a 11am appointment and I arrived early like 10:36, so not crazy early lol To my surprise at 10:58 my ticket number was called and I was at the counter. The lady at the counter was full of personality. She got me in and out before 11:30. This time the parking only cost me, $3. Overall when you have to go to the Dmv automatically you think of drama and stressful day but my experience there today was calm and easy. I 100% recommend that you make your appointment online beforehand to save yourself the headache.
