You could plainly see it wasn't. He just ignored me. I felt very disrespected. I was a UPS driver for many years and I've seen those labels pulled off a thousand times. What would it have taken effort wise to please a customer and do the right thing. I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this notary. We hired her to…read morenotarize a Power of Attorney document and were charged an astonishingly high fee of $200. Although the Connecticut Secretary of State apostilled the document, it was ultimately rejected by the Indian Embassy due to a name mismatch--an error that should have been caught during the notarization process. When we reached out for help to correct and re-notarize the document, she refused to assist, stating she had "no time." Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, she simply referred us to another notary. To make matters worse, she later blocked our number, leaving us with no way to resolve the issue or even discuss what went wrong. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. The whole ordeal cost us time, money, and unnecessary frustration. Please avoid this notary at all costs. Based on our experience, the service was unreliable, unprofessional, and careless.
