I think they could pack eggs and have them show up unbroken 3,000 miles later. They partner with Yellow Freight which brings the cost to half of what other shippers charge (who use various mail services). When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. Everything arrived in perfect order and the boxes & inserts that Scott made were amazing. This is a family business, run by Scott and his wife, and they care about what they do. It shows.

Terrific customer service at the print shop - Brian is the best. Check out staffing (not the people, but the availability of them) and line to return Amazon packages is literally embarrassing. He started trying to help me out. He googled the business to try and get a street address but it listed several with all different suites. I can't say enough about this guy and how stellar his customer service was and is. He's a little older with glasses. He is outstanding. The value for me with them is better than the ups shipping. All in all I want able to ship out the package at that moment but regardless, their ownership of helpfulness was beyond what I've experienced in the past. Their prices are better overall than the other shipping company.
