I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary. Then, about 1/2 hour later, a link to my invoice arrived by text message. A couple of clicks and the invoice (plus generous tip) was paid by credit card. Easy peasy. Highly recommend!!!

After renting 10k dollars worth of…read moredumpsters from them over the past year, the driver showed up last week, loaded a dumpster on the truck incorrectly, and insisted it was the fault of my workers because of how they filled it. He then opened the dumpster door, dumped a huge pile of debris on my driveway, dropped the dumpster, and left. When I informed the company that they needed to take the dumpster away, the driver came back and - for some unknown reason -dropped another dumpster on the city sidewalk and my front lawn. My guys spent the next day and a half cleaning up the mess.

ACF gets five stars, because 1)…read morethey were the only ones who answered the phone on a Saturday, when I impulsively decided to rent a dumpster, 2) they were able to deliver it on Monday, so that I could spend my vacation week cleaning house, and 3) they were nice, helpful, and had a very clear written contract. And in addition to all of that, the price was very competitive. Not the prettiest dumpster I've ever seen - but it was clean on the inside, which is important as you're walking in to put stuff in it. Nothing gross got on our shoes. :) I am hoping I won't need a dumpster again anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely go back to ACF. Highly recommend!
