He couldn't start until there was a dumpster. I called them Jeffrey within two days and he and Chuck came the next day to dump the dumpster and returned it that day. Had the dumpster another week filled it up again. The guys came the next day and removed it. The price was within my budget, the guys are polite, make sure the area is cleaned up and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Barberi's great company to work with!

The tank was severly compacted due to ?? 20 years of neglect. Due to the compaction, was not able to properly pump out easily. Dickie offered to go to his next stop, come back and force flush the remaining sludge in order to perform a full and complete pumpout. I agreed, and within 2 hours he was back, ran hoses again and was successful in dislodging and completly cleaning out the compacted sludge. Instead of charging me for two pumpouts, as would be customary I'm sure from any other company, we agreed pn a very reasonable extra charge for the additional time and work. Excellent service, clear explanations of condition of system and recommended fiture actions. Thank you Dickie, and would highly recommend.

I kept going over which one to get for our project as all the websites I checked had different measurements fit the different dumpsters. Settled on a 15 yard. To give you an idea of the physical dimensions: 7.5 feet wide, 13.5 feet long by aboit 4.5 feet high. These are all rough measurements but it will give you an idea of the size of a 15 yard one. This one wasn't much more than the 12 yard as far as price so we opited for that one. It fit or needs. We demolished a 13 x 10 deck floor along with putting a lot of miscellaneous items in there.

Then you wait. maybe they'll pick it up tomorrow, maybe they'll pick it up in 3 weeks. when you reach out to ask them what's happening and when they are picking it up, they basically tell you to be patient and they will come pick it up some day. then one day as some point in the future they come and take it, who knows when. seems to always take weeks though. for the cost and how long it ends up sitting here it's just not worth it. I have ordered for it to be picked up before I even set it up because I assumed it would take forever for them to get it, and they wont keep you informed of whats going on. No call "hey we will be there tomorrow" it's a great idea, and the bag is a good size for home projects or cleanouts etc. but back when it was $300ish, I would deal with it. But all of that lack of communication annnd it's $550 to pick it up. eh, I'll find an alternative.

If I could give the owner Todd and his family six stars I would. From the moment of first contact…read moreI knew they were the right choice for our project. At that time the job was still known and Todd arrived promptly for a free estimate/quote of the project. Worth noting is that I called multiple local septic companies and he was the 1st to return my message as well as one of the few to see the estimate out. That being said it took a few on site digs and inspections to determine we had a faulty septic system and it needed to be completely repaired. Full disclosure upon receiving his job quote, even after he had already spent hours on site, we went ahead and quoted out other options(as part of our own due diligence). While he weren't expecting a full replacement we had not prepared to see the number and felt it was a wise home owner decision to see what other pricing options we could get together. Again he did right by us by providing us a very fair and reasonable quote and we felt it was the best deal out there, not to mention Todd and his team are very reliable and just down right a decent family. Unfortunately I missed a lot of the site work due to my own rigorous work schedule and I wasn't around to catch pictures of the piping or gravel or much of the system itself, but I have attached everything I could get for pictures. I was shocked at how quickly the old system was removed and the new one was installed once all the prep work was done. There was a few minor hardware delays as a result of the very beginning stages of what would become as we now know as a major covid pandemic. With that in mind Todd Kept on top of it and was able to get a brand new top of the line septic system installed within a matter of just a few days. We never went a Day without a functioning system. In addition his team Separated our well water backwashing system From dumping out into our septic system and provided us with multiple ideas on how to properly maintain and upkeep both systems for years to come I would highly recommend nl county septic Have a great 2021

We had every problem imaginable on our Postage size lot - from our original septic engineer dying, to hitting Ledge, to the new engineer plans not being accurate, to removing/splitting Huge boulders, plus the annoyance of nosey neighbors and a small narrow work area - Todd and Jake handled it ALL - and they even put down sod for us at the end of the job! When they left our lawn looked beautiful. We were so LUCKY to have had NL Septic do our septic installation - especially as it was clearly not an easy installation.
