We just used our first bull bag. The experience was extremely easy and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and professional too! I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone in need of a dumpster. The concept is great!!! read more

I've used this company.... 3 or 4 times and this time will be the last. It's gotten significantly more expensive to use, but the biggest issue is the lack of communication on pickup. you request pick up and they send you an email that says... thank you. Then you wait. maybe they'll pick it up tomorrow, maybe they'll pick it up in 3 weeks. when you reach out to ask them what's happening and when they are picking it up, they basically tell you to be patient and they will come pick it up some day. then one day as some point in the future they come and take it, who knows when. seems to always take weeks though. for the cost and how long it ends up sitting here it's just not worth it. I have ordered for it to be picked up before I even set it up because I assumed it would take forever for them to get it, and they wont keep you informed of whats going on. No call "hey we will be there tomorrow" it's a great idea, and the bag is a good size for home projects or cleanouts etc. but back when it was $300ish, I would deal with it. But all of that lack of communication annnd it's $550 to pick it up. eh, I'll find an alternative. read more

Easy to set up, just as expensive as a 10 yard roll off and a roll off you can fit way more. Also the roll of company I use picks up the next day. Bull bag can take up to two weeks. Then the $38.25 environmental impact fee on top of it all. Yeah right. You mean the line their pocket fee. How does $38.25 reduce the environmental impact. Guess what it doesn't. Done using bull crap bag!! read more

I LOVE THE BULL BAG!!! These things are the absolute best, I'm obsessed! I've use them multiple times. I'm always cleaning and throwing things out, I hate clutter! The Bull Bag is so easy to set up and so convenient-I run to Home Depot, buy the bag for 40 bucks, it takes 15 minutes to set up, and it looks nice in the my driveway (it's not some dingy old rusted dumpster that smells). I called customer service to schedule a pick up and the gentleman I spoke to was the nicest guy ever! He and I had a conversation like he was my friend and I knew him forever, he was great! I made the call on a Friday; it was a holiday weekend and first thing Tuesday morning the truck was in my driveway! They are amazing! I'm telling ya-Get a Bull Bag! read more

Took 2 weeks of phone calls to get it picked up. No one in this company has any idea what's going on. HR reached out because of my online reviews and then never called back or offered any discount for the b.s. read more

I have used Bullbag on numerous occasions and recently their service has degarded. I used to be able to do 4 - 6 - 8 yard pricing now only 8 yard pricing exists. Even better, my last pickup they were told to replace the bag as it was torn and corner supports broken and all they did was roll it up and leave it broken and old even though the pickup order said to replace and reset. Calling them up they tell me I can go buy a new one and they will credit my next pickup instead of giving a price refund so I can replace it on my own. No more for these guys. read more

There were some delays with picking up our bag, but I'm so appreciative to this company for how they handled the issue. Paul sent Nick and did such an awesome job picking up all our stuff. Thanks again gentleman! read more

super easy to use. the pickup is smooth and you can have them leave the bag or just take it and everything in it away!

I had an amazing experience with Bull Bag. this is my 2nd time using the service. the inside customer service team is excellent. this time I had the pleasure of speaking with Juan. Juan was professional and knowledgeable. Juan went above and beyond to verify my information for pick up and was able to explain the process to me. in addition Juan ensured the driver had my contact information correct to have a seamless pick up of the bag. not to mention Juan shared there is now a new service included. A sleeve is available to roll up and store your Bull Bag for future use. thank you Juan and Bill Bag Team!!! read more

They take for ever to pick up the bag better off getting a dumpster for the price you pay $528.

I used this service twice. Both times the pickup was delayed. The second time they did not show up to pick it up, so had a third party bring the trash to the dump. Bull Bag did not return my $ 527.25, and offered me a credit, which I may never use. I have requested a refund and have yet to see it, 2 weeks and counting... I did get this bag from a Home Depot, and will let them know of the situation, it reflects poorly on Home Depot and I know they don't want the negative publicity. read more

We have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a prepaid pickup service. Yesterday, when we finally got someone on the phone, we were told that they had emptied our dumpster. When we questioned that, since we actually watched them empty a neighbors bag on the day they claim to have emptied ours and ours was never emptied, we were told that they had done the work and then the representative accused us of refilling the bag. The customer service person stated they had photos of our bag and our house from the date of service. After discussing details of our house and our bag location, the representative finally agreed that they had serviced the wrong house. She then stated that she can't do anything to get the truck back out to our house until a manager reviews the complaint, the driver's information and the photos. That manager will likely be out all next week as it is thanksgiving week. So, we are left with the bag full and no way to empty it as well as no way to continue our demo work during the holiday break. There is no avenue for escalating our complaint until someone higher is back from vacation. So, we will be stuck with this full bag for 3 weeks instead of the initial 2-5 days quoted. We will definitely be using a different service for the remainder of this project. This is our second time using bull bag. First time was easy with quick prompt service. This time, we are so disappointed at the sheer disregard and disrespectful treatment of our time and our money... they require payment upfront for the pickup. So, we will be looking into our options for filing a fraud claim based on services not rendered through our credit card company. read more

Seventeen days and waiting for a pick up. Company deleted my comments from Facebook so that others wouldn't know what is really happening. Would have been better off with a local dumpster rental. read more

We had to clear out our basement which we somehow failed to realized acquired more junk than you see on the opening credits of Sanford & Son. After realizing what a rip off some of the other options were, we decided to try the bull bag. My only critique is we couldn't completely set up the bags properly as the PVC pipes that came with it- which one installs in the corners to provide support- simply would not fit. But we were able to put most of the pipe in. We filled it up twice, scheduled a pickup online and boom! Clean basement. Great customer service as well. They made it a point to squeeze us in before yet another impending blizzard, and the phone staff couldn't have been nicer. Overall, a very smooth process. This is absolutely the way to go for your junk removal needs. read more

At first I was very satisfied with the product. The bag was large, strong and instructions were straight forward. However, when the driver came to pick up the bag, the bag ripped when loading onto the truck. Prior to loading I inspected the bag with the driver in person and he confirmed the load did not exceed the 4yd line and that I was good to go. The instructions clearly state I cannot exceed the 4yd line if I have concrete waste. Because the bag was half full with concrete, I remained at that line. Once the bag ripped, the driver said he would speak with the office to request a bag on my behalf. He confirmed a sales person could swing by to drop a bag off, likely a used one. I agreed and waited. Nothing happened so a couple of weeks after I inquired by sending an email to their support staff. I received a response but I was told that I needed to purchase another bag to receive a credit to be applied to the fees for my next pick up for the cost of the one that was ripped. I was not ready to schedule a pick up any time soon and would prefer to keep a bag on hand since I paid for it, and the product's appeal is that you can keep the bag. I could go on for a while here because this issue has been going on since October 2021 and here we are in March 2022 and there has not been a resolution. I also received a message from their Chief Administration Officer who offered the credit that I later refused because I instead would like the bag that I paid for. I have been asking for a response since Nov 2021 and no one has gotten back to me. I ended up calling support and received confirmation a bag would be shipped to me but nothing arrived. I have followed up numerous times since but they have now gone silent. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They clearly dont value their customer relationships. read more

I called to have the bag picked up-- it was picked up 15 days later. Every time I called they said it was scheduled-- great! Then my tenant would tell me that it was still at the property-- not great. I would call them again, (most of the time no one answers and there's not an opportunity to leave a message, so that's frustrating) maybe get a hold of someone, and again they would promise I'm on the route-- awesome! Then my tenant would call me and say it's STILL there-- bummer. Long story short, I would have like Bull Bag to call me, or even better in the year 2019, send me a text as to the status. about 11 days into this process I spoke with Nichole and she said they've been delayed because of major flooding in Houston. The company never took responsibility-- they continue ti say 'we have no control over the MAJOR flooding' but that isn't sometime I wanted them to have control over-- I just wanted them to reach out to ME to let me know what was going on and when I could expect them. Pretty standard customer service-- keep me in the loop so I don't have to call you 17 times a day to have one conversation with someone. The flooding in Houston did delay service for my pick-up but it didn't jump into their office and cut the internet-- they chose to not communicate. I did receive an email from Paulie Dispazio, the vice president of operations : Good morning Amanda From what I have gathered after speaking with the team and drivers this is what I found. Our driver was at your neighbor's house a couple of days prior to you calling in an order. He spoke to you personally and asked if you would like us to call your bag in because he didn't know when we would be back in the Austin area. You declined, now after a major storm and flooding hit the Houston area, we were not able to service for many days or even get out of the town due to roads closed and MAJOR flooding. Eventually yes longer than expectation your bag was picked up with no trouble. You spoke to customer service multiple times, they assured you were still on schedule but could not give you a day and time, this was not a lack of communication, this was a lack of knowledge when mother nature would allow us to start running normal times again. Your bag was picked up, there were no issues with the pickup other than a time delay again due to mother nature out of our control. We do not offer refunds for such circumstances. Paulie DiSpazio Vice President of Operations Cell: (203) 464-3477 BullBag Corporation Since Paulie won't answer my call I'll respond here: Paulie, I never spoke with anyone on site. I do not live there. My issue isn't with the timeline or the flooding, it's on the lack of ANY communication coming from BullBag and how I had to painfully extract status updates. You and your company refuse to acknowledge this as the primary issue and instead continue to go back to flooding and you can't control the weather. Hopefully you guys can hire a customer service consultant to give you some pro-tips on how to accept responsibility. read more

LOVE the PRODUCT, the CONCEPT, HOW EASY iIT IS TO USE, but if you get the manager, Nichole, hang up and call back and speak with someone else. The fellow who picked up my bag was great! I have been trying to get them to come and pick up my full bag for OVER three weeks. Do not give this company your money or your business. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service and response after multiple phone calls and efforts to schedule my pick up. You are charged when you first schedule your pickup so there's no financial motivation to actually do the work. It's practically FRAUDULENT!!! read more

Our initial pickup went very smoothly. However I was promised a second pickup by yesterday....the yesterday by 6 pm....its now noon the following day...there is NO ONE to contact by phone or otherwise except some girl that apparently works off of her cell phone. I asked to be called back by a manager and am still waiting. NEVER hire Bull Bag....a local dumpster service is probably a little more expensive but at least reliable. read more

I would give them less than one star if possible. They claim today pick ups and $250 charges, although it took them 10 days to pick up the bag and it was over $700 in charges. The only thing in the bag was yard debris and rock. Worst consumer service I've ever encountered. read more

Bull Bag of Killingworth arrived at our door to pick up their bag from another business that did some remodeling for us. The guy with the truck was a jerk. He didn't introduce himself, didn't say hello, just "move your car". He backed up, took the contents of the bag, then drove off. Then we noticed our entire mailbox was missing. It was there before he came. Couldn't find it in the street. We surmised he hit the box and knocked it off the granite pedestal and instead of admitting to it, he scooped up the box with any of that day's mail in it and high tailed it. We called but he refused to admit he was at fault. We reported it to the police and the US Postal Department. We took money off from the remodelers' bill to purchase a new box, and I sure hope they subtracted that from BullBag's bill. What a creep! read more

This morning on my way into work I passed a "The Bull Bag" truck and realized I could probably use them to get rid of an old kitchen I had just demolished. A bit later in the day when I was driving across state I called to see what the prices were and how the bull bag thing works. The woman who answered my call was very professional and very helpful, taking the time to explain how everything worked. I told her what area of the state I was driving to l and from and she took the time to look up locations where I could purchase the bag on the way. Unfortunately I didn't have time to stop but I called back later in the day. A different woman answered the phone this time and again was very helpful as I told her I was headed from New Haven to Middletown she looked up stores I could stop at that were on my way. I also asked her where to locate the bag and she looked the house up on google earth and told me the best spot to put the bag in the yard. After I purchased the bag and brought it to its destination, setup was a breeze! Took me about 5 minutes. I'll update after the bag is picked up but I wanted to say thanks to the two sweet ladies who helped me out today. The Bull Bag is perfect for a contractor on Who is often "on-the-run". read more

Crooks took my money and denied receiving payment even when I emailed them a paypal receipt! I ordered and paid for a bullbag using paypal. A few days later I received an email stating my order had been shipped. The we got a phone call saying we were out of their service area and that our order would be canceled and the money would be refunded. No problem so far. After a period of time went by, I had forgotten about the order as I order alot of items online. One day while checking my paypal account I saw that the money for the bullbag order had never been refunded. I contacted Victoria vjacobs@thebullbag.com by email then called her. She tried to say they never got the order and the money was taken out of my paypal account. I even sent the paypal receipt proving it. She continued to argue that accounting didn't receive the money. Here is her email response: The accounting department researched this and found that although you have a paid receipt, the paypal payment never posted to our account was returned to yours. Therefore no refund directly from us was necessary. I called her on the phone and explained the situation and she still refused to return my money. Then I mentioned I was deployed to Afghanistan and she couldn't appologize enough and said she was going out and the money would be in my account that day. As you can guess, the money was never sent no phone call received, nor any emails. She even asked for my bank account information and routing number. Buyers beware of this company. Any company that would refuse to refund $50 when presented with absolute proof is a company you don't want to deal with. thebullbag.com = CROOKS and with terrible business practices and an even worse accounting department. read more

Booked a pick up over a week ago. Started calling and emailing 5 days ago and have been told everyday that we were on the list for pick up. Yet it is still here. Would not recommend this product. Told them that we had an open house hence why we booked the pick up 4 days prior to the open house. Not only did they not pick it up it is still in my yard a week later! read more

I've had a good experience and told others of it. I found out about the Bull Bag from friends that are contractors and recommended I try it. My project is cleaning our large basement and garage. We've lived here for 30+ years and, honestly, I have way too much stuff I'm going to "use someday". Sorting is taking a long time. I had the bag emptied in December before the snow came. I called and they were there the next day to pick up. This past weekend I decided I could set up again as we will not likely get a big accumulation now. I had not noticed the bag was ripped from when they picked up. I called and they are shipping me another bag, no charge, today. The customer service person was polite and solved my problem right away. I'd make sure you are in their service area first, but if you are then use this product. You will own a dumpster forever, the pickup charge is reasonable and there is no usage fee for keeping it on site at all. Thanks Bull Bag. read more

Purchased our first Bull Bag per recommendation from a Home Depot employee. Got close to filling our first bag, got on line to schedule a pick up, and heard nothing by noon on Monday. Called in and was told, "yes, you are on the list for tomorrow." Tuesday rolled around, and close to the end of the day, called back in to be told "it takes 48 hours to get picked up." Explained by the time these guys got to us, we would have TWO FULL BAGS! On Wednesday, got charged for a second pickup, and received a call at 11 am the driver would be there in one hour. Three p.m., still no driver, and out of room in our TWO BULL BAGS. Attempted to talk to management which had just left the building. He did call back, and apologized, and offered to pick us up at 6 a.m. Thursday morning and refund the cost of the THIRD BAG, NOT A REDUCED RATE FOR PICK UP! We will not use Bull Bag again due to their incompetence of following through on pick ups. When you are remodeling, you need service, not mouth service!! read more

We were told multiple times that they were "coming today" to pick up the bag. 3 calls and a week later they finally picked it up. When they did, the driver drove over my grass/garden almost taking out my lamp post, it had been raining that day. Left huge tire tracks on the grass next to my driveway and smushed the border surrounding my garden so far into the grass I'll never get it out. I sent an email right away complaining and it has gone unanswered. My contractor called to see if he could get a response because he was equally frustrated and the driver and his supervisor said the tire tracks did not belong to their truck and it wasn't them......I was home and watching the entire time. Very disappointed, will never use or recommend this company again. If you mess up, don't deny it like a coward, any decent company would make it right or AT LEAST apologize! read more
