I went to the office to resolve an issue, but because I have difficulty communicating in English, I asked for help from an employee who works at the same location and speaks Portuguese so that she could assist me in understanding the information correctly. I went back to the line so I could be helped by this Portuguese-speaking employee. When it was my turn and she was going to assist me, another employee, who speaks English, did not allow her to continue helping me. She said that if the other employee assisted me, she would have problems. After that, this employee told me to leave the location, saying that I was probably interfering with the service being provided to other customers. I felt very embarrassed and disrespected because I was not causing any problem. I was only trying to receive assistance so I could understand the information and resolve my issue. In the end, I had to leave without my problem being resolved. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, patience, and have access to proper communication assistance when there is a language barrier. I request that this situation be investigated and that the necessary actions be taken to ensure that other customers do not experience the same treatment.

I shipped a fedex package through Bethel Mail Service thinking that it would be more convenient…read morethan going through Staples. Big mistake. They claim that fedex packages are picked daily, I dropped off on 6/25 and it wasn't processed until 7/6. I will not go back.
