When he put the label on it was only sticking on one side. So when I went to press it on he yanked it away, like I had no business touching it. I politely told him the label wasn't on all the way. You could plainly see it wasn't. He just ignored me. I felt very disrespected. I was a UPS driver for many years and I've seen those labels pulled off a thousand times. What would it have taken effort wise to please a customer and do the right thing. It was never like that when I used to drop off at an actual UPS building, the clerks there were always friendly and helpful. I'll go out of my way a few extra miles to avoid that store.

Usually every UPS/ FEDEX store provides free ground or air envelopes for their customers but here they are hiding those free envelopes under the counter and trying to sell the one from third parties which cost 5/10/and even more dollars. They give you and try to explain all bla bla bla bullshits to their customers and they think they are the only smart people in the planet. I call their corporate office and they will review on this matter, Be careful when you go here, their price is 500% more than what you see on online. These people are not honest nor trust worthy.
