You could plainly see it wasn't. He just ignored me. I felt very disrespected. I was a UPS driver for many years and I've seen those labels pulled off a thousand times. What would it have taken effort wise to please a customer and do the right thing. It was never like that when I used to drop off at an actual UPS building, the clerks there were always friendly and helpful. I'll go out of my way a few extra miles to avoid that store.
